The family room is very good, very big, next to the Mekong riverside, everything is convenient, there is a great skybar cafe.
And then on the day that we go, it's raining. Wow, the atmosphere is just so satisfying.

Booked and stayed here with Agoda. Decided to stay here as it was a little more expensive than surrounding hotels. Reception area clean and coffee available. There is a lift to all floors. Room was clean and a little dated. Coffee and water supplied. Bathroom small and needs refurbishment. Door to bathroom would close. Not many power points. 1 at side of 1 bed and 1 near door. Noise from other rooms can be heard. Breakfast was as expected and fair.

We stayed 2 nights at Poshtel. Most staff seemed completely dis-engaged with guests except for the very friendly girl serving dinner on the rooftop restaurant. The room was nice and had a great view and small balcony. The breakfast was just OK and included instant powdered coffee.

Nothing very "posh" about this place, but it was very clean and the bed and linens were very comfortable... good sleep. Small bathroom and small balcony overlooking the Mekong. Meagre breakfast, but staff were kind in providing good complimentary cappuccino. Very little English spoken by staff.
