The stay, the service, the food - everything is at par with star hotels in metro cities. The stay manager Rohan is very hands on and actually a good company for solo travellers. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to vacay away from civilisation.

The property was secluded, clean, neat and well maintained giving us a own villa experience. Verge of monsoon and hence climate was great when we visited. Heater in the room saved us from 13°c. More than the quiet and serene ambience, Rohan the manager is one of the assets of the property. Quiet, friendly and helpful. Prem an excellant and courteous cook. He was well versed in making all East, South Asian cuisines. We could not access Emerald Lake due to rain. Path to it was not maintained. Overall experience was Best for the amount paid. Tips to improve: Try placing a screen outside of the room for more private feel as it has another room and living room located closely. Luckily no guests in another room that day. Best for two families that travel together.

Our stay at Emerald was an experience of its kind. The property is far from the main Ooty city and close ro nature!! Anyone willing to stay close to nature must stay at this property. The property manager Rohan was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!! He ***** with the cook made our stay memorable which we will cherish for a long time!! Thank you Nature resorts for making such a luxurious proper available for nature lovers!!

Emerald by Nature resorts is a hidden gem. Everything about the stay is good. Wonderful place to take a break from the hectic routine.. Weather dint support us to roam around as it was continuously raining.. So we got to stay indoors for the whole trip and We don't regret anything abt it due to the cozy indoors and a nice outdoor seating area.. Food was good and the hosts were very kind. Definitely recommended stay for a quiet, warm, and peaceful getaway.

The perfect little haven that showcased a different side of Ooty. The rooms were neat and clean. The food excellent and adjusted to the spice level of our child. Even though its out of the way theres lots to keep you entertained for 3 nights. From a well stocked game room to the specially curated walks. A special mention goes out to Mr. Rohan who went out of his way to procure marshmallows for our little bonfire. Our stay was well worth the price we paid.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and situated on a quiet hill making for a peaceful getaway. The host is incredibly responsive to all our requests.The breakfast,lunch and dinner served was also wholesome and homely. Overall had a great experience staying here :) Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic stay in the Nilgiris. Quiet, fantastic service. The manager, chef, and supporting lady were so kind. The chef made us the most incredible meals completely based on our own request. We went during the rainy season, and it was still a wonderful two days in nature. The place is stocked with games during down time, with a nice outdoor and indoor seating area. The staff go above and beyond, and the place was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Definitely recommend this spot for a quiet, warm, and peaceful getaway.
