Clean and well maintained .. The staff sanarish was very helpful and kind .. Totally recommend Will visit again soon . My daughter had a very good time we enjoyed a Lott . The food was really good . Both breakfast and dinner were too good . Very good experience

Had a great stay at Ayatana Ooty. Booked on CRED Escapes. Planned a personal celebration and arranged for a decorated room and special dinners. All my requests were attended to. Great service, great location, decent access from Ooty town. Special mention to Rizwan, Shaheen Babu, Suresh Kannan, Suresh (who conducted the nature walk), and Karthik.

great locatiion excellent service by all the staff place is located among lush green tea palntaions on a mountain overlloking a valley HEVANLY , best experience of my life we took the infinty hot tub room overlooking the valley . food was yummy

The Ambience is just mind blowing.. Top notch management and staff Well maintained and clean rooms. Perfectly situated near attraction Nice amenities, the pool was clean and well-maintained, nice play area Tasty food: "The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options." Value for price 😀

Amazing experience, everyone was very friendly. Service was great. The grounds were exceptionally beautiful. Great hot shower with a huge rainfall pressure. The views are so worth the price. There is a bonfire every night and complimentary tea time. Looks just like the photos, except better! Special shout out to hotel front desk, Sabarish, and the Tycoon hotel staff. Everyone who helped with dining was great. So helpful and friendly.
