We arrived past the 6:15 check-in time without any problems. The rooms are ryokan-style, new, clean, have 2 hot springs. I really like it. Convenient. Accommodation close to the ski slopes.

High cost performance and very good service attitude

The hot springs and food are amazing. The price is reasonable. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but they accommodated me kindly.

The bath was a little lukewarm, but it was well equipped with a large bath and a medium bath with a nice sulfur scent. Dinner was mainly domestic beef sukiyaki, and there was a lot of variety, and it was both fun and delicious. Breakfast was a half-buffet, and I was satisfied with both Japanese and Western food.

I used it for the first time this time. The facility was very nice and clean and all the staff were friendly. The hot spring was very comfortable and the snow viewing bath was the best! Until now, I had been staying at a different hotel in Oku-Nikko, but the previous hotel had drastically increased the price, so I used Oku-Nikko Kogen Hotel last time. When I used it, I was more satisfied with the staff's response, meals, room, hot springs, etc. than the price, so I used it again this time. I will continue to use this inn as my regular accommodation when I go to Nikko or Imaichi. I would like to thank everyone from the front staff to the meal staff for their excellent service. I have soaked in Oku-Nikko's hot springs on a day trip, and I already know how wonderful the hot springs are. This time, when I checked various things about staying, I found that there were many places where water was added due to the high temperature of the source, so I stayed here where water was not added in advance information. There were two baths for both men and women, but one was water. Therefore, the other one is completely free-flowing from the source, but this one was made with a slightly narrower bathtub. I didn't feel much of a difference when I entered, but both are rich sulfur springs. It is said to be the 4th thickest sulfur spring in Japan. The food was pretty good considering the price. Since there are many rooms in the hotel, there are many staff, but all the staff are wonderful in customer service. It's a wonderful hot spring inn with no particular complaints, but the only negative point is that the hot spring inn has many parts that are made like a ryokan, and the traffic line to the bath is a little long. However, it was a very satisfying hotel.

I stayed two nights in a row, but the Japanese beef shabu-shabu was better than the previous day and was more delicious.The menu I brought back was the same on the second night, so I can't describe the difference between the two days because my memory is vague, but Mr. President (My wife said, ``I thought it would be better to ask if he was the president rather than if he was the manager. The food will be better from the 1st day to the 2nd day, and from the 2nd day to the 3rd day!!" I agree with that. The staff at the inn, both men and women at the reception, are kind and helpful. For example, in order to use a regional coupon for a travel discount, he took the time out of his busy schedule to insert the amount into Regional Pay on his smartphone. I stayed at the Oku-Nikko Kogen Hotel for the first time because the price of the hotel I stayed at for snowshoeing in Oku-Nikko was too high every year. However, the snow melted due to sunny weather and gave up snowshoeing. After visiting world heritage sites such as Nikko Toshogu Shrine, head to the inn. When you arrive at the inn's parking lot, the staff will guide you to the check-in counter. The reception is good, and when you go to the room with the elevator and open the key, it's spacious! beautiful! It was renewed in 2017, so the room and toilet were clean. There are two hot springs for men and women, each with an open-air bath. That's right, there are 2 men's baths and 2 women's baths, with a total of 4 indoor baths and each with an open-air bath. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was plentiful and delicious. The accommodation fee, spacious and beautiful room, hot springs, and food were all very good, but this hotel accepts groups of children, so it's a bit noisy, and there is a separate building where you can stay with your dog, so dogs are welcome near the front desk. There are customers who are walking with them, so if you understand it and use it, I think there will be no problem. I liked it very much, so I would like to use it next time.

The hotel has good reception and restaurant staff. I was able to spend a comfortable time in Oku-Nikko for the first time because they responded to my request in advance. In the early morning, when I was looking at the scenery through the window of the room, there were deer and I was able to enjoy the extraordinary.
