A lovely hotel with a great onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious! Not much going on around the hotel though restaurant-wise, it’s definitely easier coming with a car.

一家老牌温泉旅館！包早晚餐，真的性價比太高了！餐食巨好吃，從魚生到小鍋各種！開胃草莓酒，飯後熱茶和甜點！温泉也相當不錯，我們是全家四個大人帶着孩子，十分滿足的入住體驗！之前住過好多價格貴這裏的一倍，但是也差不多的感覺。性價比槓槓滴，贊！

一泊二日、家族(大人5人、子ども(孫)2人)で宿泊しました。 今回の目的は、義母88歳米寿のお祝いとSL大樹を孫に見せることです。 旅館に到着早々、女性には、数種類の浴衣から気に入ったものを選ぶサービスがありました。 これは、女性には嬉しいサービスで良かったです。 孫にも子ども用の浴衣が準備されていました。 義母には、入浴剤のプレゼントがありました。 部屋に入り、鬼怒川を眺めることができました。 お風呂は内風呂に入りましたが、数種類のお風呂があり、はしごができます。 料理は、夕食、朝食ともに品数が多く、満足できました。 従業員は明るく、対応も良かったです。 総合的に、大変、満足できました。 機会がありましたら、また、利用したいと思っています。

I stayed for one night and two days with my family (5 adults and 2 children (grandchildren)). The purpose of this time is to celebrate my mother-in-law's 88th birthday and show my grandchildren SL Taiki. As soon as we arrived at the ryokan, there was a service for women to choose from several types of yukata. This was a great service for women. Children's yukata were also prepared for grandchildren. My mother-in-law had a gift of bath salts. I entered the room and was able to see the Kinugawa River. I took a bath in the indoor bath, but there are several types of baths, and a ladder is available. The food was plentiful and satisfying for both dinner and breakfast. Employees were bright and responsive. Overall, I was very satisfied. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

It seems that the private open-air bath was charged. As you can see in the photo, whether or not to call this an open-air bath is a matter of individual freedom. If you raise the window, it's outside, so it must be an open-air bath. I called from my room thinking that anyone could enter for free if I reserved a time, but there was no confirmation of any charge. You can fold the futon by yourself when you leave for breakfast. In this era, the name of the guest is posted in front of the door, which is not good in terms of privacy. Since the side where the futon is taken out is folded, there are fold lines after dinner and after breakfast. If you are concerned, please tell them to stop. Regarding the futon, if you wet it with water even a little, you will be issued a bill with a cleaning fee of 5500 yen per piece at checkout. Please be careful. Also, at the time of payment, other guests said that there was a billing error in the beer bill, so there may be a billing problem.
