Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, kamer was ruim met uitzicht op het park, eigen toegangsdeur ‘‘s avonds, goed ontbijt werd continue aangevuld. Al met al prettig verblijf, reden om hier een x weer te komen.

Very bad expérience. My room was with cobwebs and my bathroom filled with mold. I changed 3 rooms but it was all even worst. Thé was a Big plate of Fried chicken in thé last room i was offered. After i complaint to Martjin the manager ,he agreed to refund my stay. A month later he wrote and said he wasn't going to pay back . I find it very hard to believe a manager of a hotel will write emails of such bad maners. Run away from this hotel and incase you happen to be in thésame situatiin do not leave there without any prove of your refund. If you booked through an agency call them directly and report thé incident immédiately.

Very clean, good breakfast but a little small (there were no scrambled eggs or bacon), there was a great view by the water, nice place in nice surroundings. The elevator didn't work, but it was cozy. The rooms were clean and had tea/coffee etc.

Great location at the river and in the center. Nice river view from small but comfortable rooms. The hotel is a former warehouse with lots of old details that add to the nice atmosphere. The whole building but also the breakfast and level of service represent the love of the host for his guests. Every hotel would wish such a great host.

Great Hotel, Greater Location, Greatest Owner ! On the river side next to some of the oldest ruins and just mins from the town centre so that every day was a real pleasure to stay here. Will come back !

Hotel Courage Along the quay of the river Waal, a solid, more or less basic, clean hotel with good TV, and up to date shower, decent breakfast. A 20 minutes’ walk from the main train station if you are as old as I am (88), the road slightly going up and down. Nice city, fine breweries and restaurants around., also for veggies and vegans. Nothing to complain.

I am happy to share that my recent guests, who were DJ's, had a great experience staying at this hotel! Not only did they love the breathtaking river view, but they also gave me fantastic feedback. The breakfast was a hit and the check-in process was made smooth and welcoming by the friendly staff at the reception. Additionally, the hotel staff's proficiency in multiple languages was a huge plus for our international guests, making them feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for everyone involved.

Omdat mijn vrouw in het Rabouud umc lag, heb ik hotel geboekt, mooi dichtbij van P naarP. Omdat de opname veel langer duurde dan gepland moest ik gaan verlengen. Van alle medewerkers volop ondersteuning en medewerking gehad voor een verlenning ondanks de weekend drukte. Hiervoor hulde. Service in optima forms
