Prima hotel! Badkamer was alleen niet heel schoon en er ontbraken war handige dingetjes zoals koffiemokken en een haakje voor je handdoek in de badkamer.

There were no shower towels and not a extra closetpaper. Although i made a reservation for a room with 2 chairs, there was not a chair in the room.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not very clean; there were snack crumbs and hair on the bed. There was no toilet paper, and the room was very cold; the window near the bed didn't close properly. The access staircase was small and steep, not recommended for older people or those with a lot of luggage. The location is excellent.

Het inchecken gaat rommelig en onduidelijk via de telefoon. Hele smalle, steile trap naar boven zonder licht. De kamer was ronduit vies. Er was niet gestofzuigd; de bedden waren beslapen en roken muf; de badkamer is erg mini, maar was ook erg smerig; voor iemand met lange benen is normaal toiletbezoek bijna onmogelijk. Bij de tv hing een bedrading die houtje touwtje aan elkaar geknoopt was, heel onprofessioneel. De man aan de receptie is niet geïnteresseerd in je klachten, ik denk dat hij die elke keer krijgt. Maar er gebeurt niets mee. Dit is een organisatie die met minimale inspanningen veel geld wil verdienen. Wat je krijgt is geen hotelkamer, zoals.je mag verwachten. Trap er niet in!

Erg stoffig en het is niet super hygiënisch. Steile trap en in de avond werkt het licht niet op de gang. Niet te doen voor ouderen. Brommende koelkast hield ons eerst wakker. Klimaat ook niet aangenaam en moeilijk te regelen. Geen aanrader! Personeel vriendelijk, inchecken bij andere locatie is goed te doen. En de locatie is wel top. Midden in het mooie centrum van Nijmegen
