"I was partially concerned with the mixed reviews of this hotel but after having stayed here, I can’t fault it. Valet parking is $65 a night and is worth every penny after a long drive! Check in was smooth albeit slow due to the shortage of staff at the front desk. The room was as described with a perfect view of both falls. The room was large and exceptionally comfortable! Would definitely stay here again"

"Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was tidy, though nothing particularly special stood out. It was a decent place to stay for the price and good enough for a short visit."

"The cruise boarding point is 2 kilometers away, which isn't particularly convenient. However, the direct view of the waterfall and a rainbow from the window more than makes up for it. We were also able to watch the fireworks directly from our hotel room."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location: just a 5-minute walk from the WEGO bus stop for the scenic area, it offers fantastic views of the Three Waterfalls and evening fireworks. Plus, it's right next to a bustling commercial street with plenty of entertainment and dining options. The 11th-floor restaurant provides a lovely ambiance for breakfast, especially from its window seats, and the meal selection is quite extensive."

"A visit to Niagara Falls is definitely a must if you're in Toronto. The hotel is right by the falls, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel service was great; we even got a free room upgrade. We could watch the fireworks from our room at night. However, when I booked through Ctrip, it showed that all payments were settled, but upon check-in, the hotel charged an additional city fee of almost $40. I've already reported this to Ctrip, and I trust they will handle it properly."

"We might have stayed at unprepared room. The shampoo and conditioner were empty so I had to call front desk to get it. According to a lot of reviews, there used to be some coins in the room to get water and pops from vending machines. However we couldn't find any coins from anywhere and we weren't even explained about that. There's no amenities except for Shampoo, Conditioners, Shower gels, Hand soaps, so I highly recommend bringing your own. Wifi also didn't work at all. Tried to connect but errors occurred. All employees were very nice, but service was poor and not worth it for the price and reputation."

"I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition."

"First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking."

"Overall, it was a nice place if you are on a budget. The agent put us in a decent room when I requested, though I also requested not to be next to the stairwell and had no warning that would be the location.  So, it was noisy after hours and early morning - also, the room had a distinctive dirty socks odor and the air was so loud I had to turn it off.  Easy wego & restaurant access were a bonus."
