"It was located at the end of an alley in Nha Trang Beach, so accessibility was not good.
There is a swimming pool on the roof and the view of the beach was good.
Late in the evening of the second day, on the beach, my wallet and phone were pickpocketed and there was nothing to do.
However, the hotel staff received the remittance to their account and delivered it to me.
I was moved by the way the employees actively solve problems together.

"The hotel is far from the city center by the sea. There are not only Chinese restaurants, but other restaurants can basically Chinese. You can also pay by WeChat. Most people staying in the hotel do not feel like they are abroad. I ordered a copy for three people, but the bath towels are for two people. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not low."

"For the apartment hotel, go in a small alley on the left hand side of the Mang Thanh Hotel in Nha Trang, and then show your check-in information to the staff on the first floor and someone will come down and take you to the room. There are many ATMs at the entrance of Mang Thanh Hotel in Nha Trang, one minute away from the beach. The street downstairs is also the busiest street in Nha Trang. The point is that there are super beautiful ocean view rooms. Wake up to see the sunrise, overlooking the entire coastline of Nha Trang, more than 300 a night, more cost-effective than any sea view hotel, I am definitely not a drag, I was shocked when I entered the room, because I stayed in Nha Trang for two days They all go out in the morning to play and only come back in the evening, so it doesn’t matter if there is breakfast or not, but the good mood in Nha Trang really starts from this."

"The hotel is located in the north of Nha Trang not far from the beach, the room is good, everything you need is there. Every day they clean, add tea, coffee, water, toiletries. Breakfasts are good, there is plenty to choose from. The beach is close, beach towels are not provided, but you can take them from the room. But they warn you not to get too dirty, if you return them, they immediately change them for fresh ones. On the beach, 2 sun loungers cost 150 thousand dong, they provide towels, so we did not need the hotel ones. There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. Vinh Hai Market is 1 km from the hotel. I recommend the hotel."

"The location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect.
Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always.
Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay.
Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish.
Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room…..
Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang."

AAnonymous UserThe resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!

EE. Ch.I loved... everything about my stay at the Sea Soul hotel in Nha Trang.
New very clean and welcoming hotel close to everything (downtown, beach 1 block away, shopping, restaurants & eateries, etc..) but so quiet and peaceful at the same time.
Great large rooms with sea view with very comfy beds, plenty of space, efficient and silent air conditioning system and a very large and hi-tech TV. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Great noise insulation :)
Very well equipped Gym and great indoor but open swimming pool and even a kids/babies section...and a bar. All extremely enjoyable.
Great buffet breakfast in the morning from 6 to 10 AM with a lot of choices though the main focus is on Asian options at least for the warm items. Plenty of fresh fruits and salads as well as a good sized sweets section. Pho (vietnamese noodle soup) and egg station with great service.
The staff are the superstars. Wonderful very attentive management and top customer service at every level and in every corner of the hotel. Very professional, friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Truly exceptional even by Asian hospitality high standards. I can only very warmly recommend based on my amazing experience at the Sea Soul in December 2024.

EEdiGThe hotel isn't new (est.2008) and looks old-fashioned but the room is clean and spacious. The view of the sea is stunning.
Buffet breakfast was various but it was rather hot in the restaurant and the coffee machines didn't work properly.
The room service was OK but I had to ask them to refill a shower gel bottle or gave back my own hangers.
All in all, the hotel is very good.

AAnonymous UserThe roo.l is clean and spacious, except for the floor. The location is good, a lot of restaurants, cafe and marts within walking distance. It's near the beach as well. Staff are nice and friendly. The soundproof is not good. I could hear the car honk from 20+ floor with the window closed, and the sound of things dropped on the floor in the next room. Also it took 10 mins to get the elevator downstair during peak hours. Full of people in the reataurant during breakfast time. I don't think I would come back again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is generally not bad, we stayed here in two different room categories. The rooms are spacious, good ventilation in the room. We asked for a quiet room, the request was fulfilled. Not all the staff is friendly, only men greet and smile, the girls do not pay attention to us. In our reservation, there was an early check-in at 1 p.m., but the staff refused to check in before 2 o'clock. Welcome drinks are also given apparently only to select people, we were not given them. When checking in, many guests are helped by the staff to carry their things to the room, we were also bypassed in this regard.

GGuest UserVery nice and new hotel, the price was very affordable.
Everything was clean.
It’s situated 10 minutes from the north beach, right in front of the hotel there’s a massage salone. 5 minutes from a good grocery store, also there’s a cheap laundry on the corner.
- The breakfast was ok, I can’t say that I enjoyed it too much, but there were soups, noodles, sweats, fruits, eggs etc. So I could find something everyday. It finishes at 9:30, too early for me, as I was suffering because of jet lag.
- They provided us with beach towels that are changed daily; also you can use sun beds for free.
- Wi-Fi is fast
- the pool on the last floor is good and clean
There was YouTube and smart tv.
About some issues:
- It’s quite noisy outside (people in Vietnam wake up early, at 5 am and do sports on the beach, they bring speakers with them), also we could hear people in the corridor, a church nearby rings the bells every night. So I would recommend using earplugs.
- They don’t provide a clothing rack, we were using hangers to dry our swimsuits; it’s very inconvenient, I believe in such places where people goes to the beach everyday that’s a must have
- there’s lack of hooks in bathroom, also I would add more hangers, some shelves
- in our room the balcony was a tiny one, you can only stand here, but it’s impossible to seat (as I remember there were rooms with a normal size balcony)
But overall I enjoyed staying in this place, thanks to the hotel workers for high level of service. I recommend booking this hotel and this area of Nha Trang in general (imho it’s better than the center).

The first night was at the 5th floor which is quite noisy with the street and the beach bars around
We spent the 3 others nights at the 24th floor after requested a move to the hotel stuff (they did a good job proposing us several options)
The view at the 24th floor is just amazing
The room is confortable and quite large
The hotel has a swimming rooftop as well perfect for chilling
It’s situated very near the beach (just need to cross the road)
It was my birthday and the hotel stuff offered me a birthday cake (very nice from them) 😁

YYuliaDJrХороший отель, чистый, приличный, тихий. В номере были проблемы со словом в душе, но нам в целом было без разницы, поэтому горничных не вызвали по этому поводу. У друзей в номере такой проблемы не было. Туалет и ванная в отдельной комнате, а не по этой странной може отделённые стеклом от спальни, что большой плюс. На 17 этаже есть небольшой бассейн, но вода там холодная) зато фотографии на этом балкончике получаются очень красивые, вид красивый. Завтраки нормальные, не всë вкусно, но всегда есть, из чего выбрать, в крайнем случае каждое утро есть яичница и фобо, тосты, джемы, фрукты, выпечка, вкусный кофе. Перекусить перед выходом хватит. По расстояниям сориентироваться сложно, мы брали байк ч прокат и везде ездили на нём, так что нам все было близко) идти до пляжа, мне кажется минут 10 прогулочным шагом. Номер не фотографировала, потому что он такой, как был на фото на сайте. В номере были тапочки, халаты, полотенца, и все для умывания и душа. Убирались в номере и меняли полотенца каждый день.

RREESFor the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.
