Nha Trang Loc Tho Hotels

1. Everything is new. It's clean. 2. The staff are very friendly. They are so kind that it makes you feel uncomfortable!! 3. The location is a little far from downtown. Taking Grab downtown costs about 50,000 to 70,000 VND. 4. The view of the 31st floor roof pool is quite nice as it has a view of Vinpearl Island. 5. Listen carefully to requests. 6. Breakfast is okay. (The rice noodles are delicious and the orange juice is very, very good!!!!) 7. There are no shower balls or conditioners among the amenities. 8. I didn’t see any Koreans lol 9. The drain in the shower room is a bit slow. 10. If you want a complete ocean view, avoid suites when choosing a room type. (This is a side view) Overall, it was a very satisfactory hotel. First of all, everything is clean and new. It's a bit far from the center, so it's a bit far to walk. I recommend it if you want a city tour of Nha Trang rather than relaxation like a resort. I will come back on my next trip to Nha Trang!!

The hotel is at the heart of Nha Trang city, Infront of public beach. The beach is crowded in early morning and late afternoon, when there is no more sun. The breakfast is quite good, with mix of western, chinese and vietnamese food types, but not a big spread.

It is about 200 meters away from Lotte Mart and 200 meters from the seaside. It is close to everywhere. Service: Not bad, the room is cleaned every day, but the bathtub is not cleaned every day

Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

The hotel is away from the main roads, so it is very quiet in the rooms. There's a big swimming pool on the 21st floor but I have never seen anyone swim in. The beach is not longer than 5 minutes walk.

This property was far beyond our expectation, everyone here was friendly, helpful. Mrs Nguyet Le welcome us warmly, since we arrived Nha Trang quite early, she tried her best to prepare our guestrooms ASAP. She also took care of us a lot during our stay here. The apartments were quite big and well maintained, and right now in-house guests can have breakfast at the Intercontinental side which was obviously out of expectation. The property was updating their facilities and will become Intercontinental Executive Residence in the future, hope we can visit next time!

Quiet, new hotel and near the sea. Restaurants and cafe shops around the corner. I will be back.

The room didn’t look like the picture on the website. Receptionists don’t talk English, if you ask some questions they will say: “go on google and find it” . The only info that they gave us was wrong so we had to walk 2 km more under the sun.

Just on the edge of Intercontinental, I stayed for two nights before I switched to this one, but there is no breakfast, and the price is not high compared to Intercontinental, and the price of breakfast is the same as the price of Intercontinental Breakfast. Shared open-air swimming pool with intercontinental. There is a full set of kitchen utensils, but Vietnam is not expensive to eat out, and it doesn't make much sense to buy something and cook it yourself.
