The hotel is overall good, with new and complete facilities. Breakfast is a la carte, the food is good, but the portion is too big! There is also a dry cleaner, a fast food restaurant, and a health drink shop on the way from the hotel to 7-11. However, the only shortcoming of the hotel is that it took only three days to clean the room and call the Ctrip staff. , helped me solve it. It is said that during the epidemic, the hotel has such regulations, but you can tell the hotel that cleaning is required, and it is also possible. If you do not need cleaning, you can put the garbage bag at the door of the room, and Ctrip customer service will handle it in a timely manner and quickly. There is room service to come clean. However, there are no garbage bags in the trash can of the hotel. Next, I went to 7-11 to buy some. Besides, the hotel bedding, the mattress is really too soft. It is so soft that I cannot sleep on a soft bed. The third day My spine hurts when I sleep. It's really uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets are uncomfortable, and the pillows have a smell. It's the smell of head oil. It's not the reason I slept for a few days, it's the first night. Just smell it! You can ignore it if you don't mind! After all, I can endure it for a few days 😥

Feeling very good

Even though the housekeeping forgot to change the bedding when requested due to a spill on the sheets. Had to call them at 9 pm to change them. Was a bit awkward but the women were very gracious and professional. Next morning no service and had to request coffee, cups and sugar to be refilled. Am giving 5 stars even though. Morning breakfast was very good with excellent service.

Great find close to airport. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. First hotel I have stayed at that allows you to cast to the TV. Let’s me watch my own shows!!

The hotel itself is nice and the room was super clean. But there is nothing around the hotel within walking distance and limited availability of Uber/Lyft cars at night; we had to wait for one for 20 minutes after dinner around 8 pm just for a 10-minute ride back to the hotel.

This place is always a all around good place, easy to get to, east to park, fast friendly service, nothing bad to say compared to others in So Cal that are all about the money first.

I didn't like the toilets in the room. They are too low. Didn't like the barndoor on the bathroom, don't close tight. The restaurant seats were too low for the tables.
