Hotel location and room size exceeded my expectations. Location and surroundings: Super convenient! ! ! Just on the south side of the 911 Memorial, walking away from the World Trade Center, Wall Street Copper Bull, New York Stock Exchange, Trinity Church, Battery Park (to the Statue of Liberty) are very close, a few minutes away, very close to the subway station, go uptown The sights and the subway can be reached in half an hour. Starbucks and various restaurants are located across the street. It is also close to the World Trade Center, target, and Marshall. On the north side is the 911 Park. Our room is just facing the north side. It is very quiet. There are inner streets on the east and south sides and main roads on the west. I don't know if there will be noisy at night. The parking lot didn't pay attention to the number of parking spaces. It stopped 51 knives per day and added 10 knives overnight. The parking fee for traffic jams in New York was too expensive, so there was no car rental in this trip. The subway was very convenient. Burger sandwiches are too much to eat, and it is very comfortable to make a face at night. There is no bottled water. There are water purifiers and water bottles on each floor. There should be some in the bathroom, and it seems that the toilet is not ventilated. Said to be a hotel, but basically the equipment of the apartment, very convenient and convenient. The general health condition is mainly due to the fact that the earthen altar is not clean and nothing else. When I booked the hotel, the service charge and tax were included. So I questioned it. The answer is that the third-party reservation will charge the facility fee. I was too lazy to theory at the time and directly complained to Ctrip. This fee was later returned to me by Ctrip. Here I would like to give Ctrip's service staff a compliment. However, there was no explanation at the time of the booking. It was very pitted and it was firmly considered that it was an unreasonable charge, so the complaint was taken back. When you go out to the store, you must pay attention to the checkout bill, because the credit card has been authorized, not the charge at that time, it will be deducted afterwards, so you must not ignore it. Many friends and family asked me why we always stay at the same hotel in Tribeca. My answer is that nothing would compare to The Four Seasons. From the moment that you enter to the point of leaving, your needs are always met and you feel so pampered. Both the guest rooms and the suites are wonderful but it is the small touches: electronic pad in the room so as to ask questions and request whatever is needed; the staff is always so sweet and helpful; the rooms are beautiful and clean. I cannot find any fault and I highly recommend this hotel. It may feel smaller in size, but offers everything that is needed

The suite hotel is a 10-minute walk from Newport Path. There is a paid parking lot at the door. It is just across the road from the Hudson River and you can see Manhattan. The room has a microwave and gas stove, cooking utensils and dishes, but no washing machine. Cleanliness has to be done when you check out. You usually have to change bath towels and clean up by yourself. There was an Asian lady at the front desk who was very nice.

Our visit brought us to the Even Hotel Brooklyn for a convention. We could not have been more satisfied. Everyone of the staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We loved the room. Perfect for getting work done with the stand up desk and ample outlets and ports. The whiteboard is a super touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom appointments were sensational. It was fantastic to be able to do a mini work out in the room each day with the aid of stretch bands and a ball. Parking was available overnight on the street by the hotel. Parking lot was not needed. THANK YOU to Cris in housekeeping for getting a piece of luggage returned that was accidentally left in the room. We had it back within 2 1/2 days of realizing that it never made it to the car. We can't wait to come back.

I just stayed at the Motto in Times Square for the weekend, and had a great experience. First, let me say that I was born and raised in NYC (I live about 30 miles north of NYC now), so I know the NYC area very well, and it was such a joy to experience the city as a ”tourist” for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location near Times Square, where access to public transportation is very easy, as well as to restaurants, and Broadway shows. The hotel is very efficient and modern. The rooms are cozy, and very comfortable. The service is excellent, and the breakfast menu is delicious. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Motto in Times Square.

The West Side YMCA is definitely a no frills place to stay, but the location is excellent. You're right next to Central Park and Columbus Circle. Times Square is an easy walk south. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first had a bunk bed and was quite small, but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. It also had a small TV and fridge. We had a semi-private bathroom, which was down the hall. This meant we had to scan our key on one of the bathroom doors to get in, but once inside we had privacy while we got cleaned up. The bathrooms were kept clean and tidy. We were able to upgrade the second half of our stay to a room with a larger bed and an in room bathroom. Again, this hotel is no frills. It can be rough around the edges, but it's clean and comfortable at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We did not have time to take advantage of the gym, the pool, the sauna, and stuff like that, but they looked nice. I'd recommend the West Side YMCA. If you're visiting NYC, you should be out doing stuff, not sitting around the room. It was everything we needed it to be.

After a long flight from the UK we arrived to check in and were greeted by very friendly reception staff who asked us all about our trip, where we were travelling to etc, so we explained we were at the start of a roadtrip. We asked if our room rate included breakfast, it didn't, but the very helpful Nate said he wanted our trip to get off to a good start and gave us a voucher for breakfast. Was a lovely gesture, very welcome and the next morning it set us up for the day - thanks Nate! The hotel itself was fine, the room perfectly adequate. Our only issue was the family across the corridor. I think there had been a problem with their room so they were in the hallway making such an amount of noise which carried on inside the room. I believe several complaints were made as it was as though there was a party going on. Security came up a couple of times and it eventually quietened down. Just not what we needed at 11pm onwards after a long flight, nor I'm sure did anyone else.

The best hotel I ever stayed at. They were extremely nice (cheerful and funny) staff and they were very accommodating. Especially Jessica and Annalie. They went above and beyond. I received a gift bag of goodies for my birthday and I was super touched and happy. No hotel has ever done that for me, and I’ve been to many hotels across the country. The room was quiet and large and very comfortable. Love the bed. The amenities were great and the sushi restaurant next door was awesome.
