The hotel's location is excellent, though the elevators are a bit slow. It's very close to Central Park, great for a run. Despite being busy, check-in was quick. The room was spacious. Compared to hotels in China, it's older, but that's typical for hotels in the US.

I switched hotels late at night to this one. The front desk staff was looking at their phone and chatting animatedly with a colleague about something on it. When I asked about parking, they told me to find the valet. Later, I found the hotel's own parking garage, and they wanted $180 a night. **Insane.** I found another parking lot nearby for $80 (for 24 hours). The parking information on Trip.com for NYC is extremely problematic. The room was fairly clean, but the bathtub drain was clogged when I checked in. I left a small note in the bathroom before heading out the next day, and it was fixed by the time I returned. Very satisfied with that. It was advertised as a 'skyline room,' and you could see the skyline, but it looked nothing like the photos I saw when booking. One of the elevators was under maintenance, so it was very crowded. It's a decent place to stay overall.

Due to elevator renovation work being carried out by the hotel, we had to wait 2 to 3 minutes for an elevator every time. During peak hours, we sometimes had to wait for two elevators before being able to get on. We booked a room with a sofa bed and a king-size bed, but when we arrived, the sofa bed wasn't pulled out. We called customer service repeatedly but no one picked up. Eventually, we had to take the elevator down to reception to ask for the sofa bed to be set up. The person at the front desk asked, "Can't you open it yourself?" But I explained that there were no sheets or duvet provided, and only then did they agree to send someone to handle it. After waiting for ages, only the service staff came with a duvet, saying that someone else would come to open the sofa bed. We waited for over an hour, but no one came, so we had to open the sofa bed and make the bed ourselves. It was a terrible experience.

The best thing about this hotel is probably its location. Central Park, Times Square, The Met, and MoMA are all within walking distance, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are still good. The rooms are a bit small but clean, and there are many rooms on higher floors. The staff are quite responsive, and the price isn't too expensive. It's definitely worth recommending!

Considering the price and location, I think this place offers great value for money. The overall experience was pretty good, and it feels like it's right in the heart of Manhattan. I was here for shopping and sightseeing, and it's super close to nearby LV, Trump Tower, and Times Square. If you have time, you can even catch a show on Broadway.

I travel internationally frequently, and this is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. The front desk staff were incredibly rude. I booked a more expensive room with two beds, but when I arrived, they said it wasn't available and only offered a sofa bed. Their attitude was basically 'take it or leave it.' 2. When I booked, there was a price difference for various room types, but they claimed there was no difference, implying all rooms were the same. 3. I reluctantly agreed to stay, and the front desk said someone would come to set up the sofa bed... no one ever came all night. When I called, they just told me to wait. 4. They charge for luggage storage at the front desk. 5. The overall attitude was absolutely terrible, just awful. 6. While tidying the room, I found something resembling a syringe. It was near where the sofa bed opens up, which was quite unsettling. 7. The elevators were very crowded, and many were out of order for maintenance, leading to long queues.

Arrived at midnight, and the hotel didn't provide the king-size room I booked, saying they were fully booked. They gave me a twin room instead and said I could switch rooms the next day. There was no explanation given during check-in. The front desk service definitely needs improvement!

The room was quite spacious. Being on a middle floor, it wasn't too noisy. The facilities are pretty much what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel in Beijing from the late 90s. It had a bathtub with a showerhead, and as often happens, the bathtub didn't drain very well, but it didn't stop me from showering. On my first day, the hotel had no hot water, which was a real shame; it only came back on at 6 AM the next day. They don't provide slippers or toothbrushes, but they do have shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The service was generally quite routine, though the room attendant had a better attitude. They also charge for luggage storage.
