Baccarat Hotel New York

Midtown West New York|1.07km from United Nations Global Compact
This week, I checked in at the Baccarat Hotel in New York, and the experience was really amazing. Various details fully reflect the comfort experience of the hotel. When you arrive at the hotel, someone will help you with your luggage, ask your name, and tell you to check in on the second floor of the hotel. - Then after arriving on the second floor, the little brothers and sisters who checked in are very good-looking, and then they will double check the room. At this time, you can wait in the lobby for a while (the lobby is really beautiful, full of crystal lights). The photo is really amazing. Absolute child. - I booked a standard room. The room is not big, but it is really beautiful. I like this style of room very much. You will be given chocolates when you check in, and each room has a rose, which is really nice to take pictures. American hotels rarely give slippers, but Baccarat gave them. Turn down at night, and will send macarons (the best macarons I have ever eaten that are not sweet and taste great). - The service is really at the ceiling level in the United States (it also competes with the top luxury hotels in China). Almost everyone of them will know your name and will serve you patiently. This one has passed most of the American luxury hotels. - The hotel is fully equipped with a swimming pool. The swimming pool is also the same style, simply, every part is beautiful. The location of the hotel is opposite to MoMA, which is really convenient if you are interested in MoMA. This is the only American hotel I've ever wanted to stay again, and the last time I had that desire was at The Middle House.

super satisfied! The room is huge and has a balcony! It's a very comfortable place to live. It's a few minutes walk to the subway station. It's in the city center and there's a convenience store next to it. I'll stay again next time!

Great location. But the service standards absolutely disappointed. In room telephone was not working and despite repeated complaints it was not repaired through my stay of 4 nights. So basically we had to go down all the way to reception every time we wanted something at the room. From toiletries to food to water. Even the front desk as well as the duty manager simply expressed inability to do anything about it Initially even some of the lights in the room were not working. Clearly one of the worst stays of my life at a big brand hotel All in all a big disappointment

I read a lot of comments and chose this hotel. I really didn't choose the wrong one. The location is very good, whether it is a long-distance bus or subway, or take the airport bus to the airport, or want to go to the Grand Central Railway Station, very close. . . There is also Times Square. . . At the intersection of 41st Street and Madison Avenue, the door is small, mainly the name on the door is written in a special font, which made us not notice when we first went there. 200 meters away from the New York City Public Library, which is not 200 meters away from Fifth Avenue, it is not necessary. There are three types of rooms in the hotel, which are about 19, 25, and 33 square meters, and 19 is relatively small. I booked 25 for the second night, but the order information sent by Ctrip to the hotel was wrong. The first night I checked in was the 19 room. It was very late to react. The size of the room was wrong. I coordinated with the front desk and Ctrip. Ctrip immediately found the problem and made compensation, and moved to the largest room of 33 the next day. If it is a single person, the room of 19 is enough. For two people, the baggage can't be opened, and it can only be put to the bedside. In addition, in particular, after the store, the hotel charges a fee of 20 US dollars per day. This fee is breakfast, all-day coffee snacks, afternoon tea, which is very worthwhile. Especially afternoon tea, with cheese, fruit, a variety of small snacks, red and white wine and champagne. . . . In addition, this location is on 41st Street, when the 99th Street in Central Park in New York is basically a full 2km. I ran in the morning and ran another 10km in Central Park. I am very happy. Central Park is a must-see for everyone who loves sports. Running, cycling, and dog-walking are all very good. . .

Stayed here with a family in October 2022. The room size is generous by Manhattan standards, and we were able to see the Chrysler Building from our window. The room and the hotel in general are clean and well-maintained. The reception staff was friendly and courteous, quickly resolving a few minor issues for us. The breakfast variety is good, although it may be a bit crowded a little later in the morning. The elevators are fast, although sometimes you may have to wait a bit for them to arrive. The location is great for your general NYC tourist destinations. Nothing negative to say about this place, if the price is right, you are not likely to regret your choice.

This is a wonderful location near the UN and between Second & Third Aves with easy access to transportation, restaurants especially further up Third Avenue and plenty of convenience store near by plus Tony's old work luncheonette on one corner and Le Pan Quotidien on the other. I really writing this to that one of the Best Front Desk staffs around -my special thanks to Maria,Cassandra,Fiona & Milanka _ they were outstanding and understanding when our circumstances were problematical at best. Thank you ladies and entire staff. I strongly recommend this hotel and give it Five Stars - had a beautiful corner King Room on the 26th Floor. My wife and I will return on our next trip to NYC. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the central railway station. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the United Nations headquarters is within walking distance. If it is a business trip or travel, the price is relatively high.
