There is really nothing to say about the hotel. During the epidemic, it is not only cheap but also has fewer people! The neighborhood is also very close to French Street, and there are delicious oysters, ACME restaurant is recommended, the seafood is really delicious!

Staff at front desk was friendly enough. No parking for hotel specifically, but we parked in the garage right next door. Lots of broken down cars, but thankfully we didn't have any issues. Some strange people wandering around the streets, but that's not anything the hotel can change. Location was good - not too far a walk to Bourbon Street & the French Quarter. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, which had a full kitchen and nice size open area. Our pull-out bed had no mattress on it, so someone had to bring one up. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, however, one of the bedrooms didn't have a window in it. Did not try the breakfast or use any of the common spaces.

Will the valet is AWESOME! We were in town for Essence Festival; there were a ton of cars and a lot of movement. He made sure he communicated how long it would be before our car came out. It was obvious that it was a stressful time but he worked to make sure everyone was taken care of. The hotel rooms are nice art deco and large. My only issue was the elevator, situation. The hotel has three elevators however most of the weekend while I was a guest only one elevator was working, :( There was a limit of five people max on the elevator and it got stuck multiple times. Based on the other reviews this is an ongoing issue. I am concerned with how the city allows a hotel with seventeen floors with elevators that do not work, this is a MAJOR safety concern. If you are planning a visit and its not for a festival or convention I say stay here, it is convenient to the Super Dome, the French Quater, and a ton of good places to eat. Hopefully, the elevator issue will be permanently fixed at some time in the near future.

Much better than expected. The location is actually very good, very close to the French Quarter, breakfast is very good. The front desk actually let me stay at the breakfast hotel and invited me to breakfast. A unique city in New Orleans is worth coming back!

The location is a little far from the tourist area. If the leg strength is good, there is no problem. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Mississippi River. Large room, equipment can be simple, no extra things. This time, the arrangement is on the high floor. The view is good, but the city view of New Orleans is nothing special. It seems to be a business district around. There are not many people at night. It’s special. I heard other guests at check-in mentioning that there was a shot somewhere last night. Maybe it’s one of the New Orleans features. There are not enough gym equipment, a little bit of a shortage In short, it is a pleasant stay.

I was nervous because I'm not much of a hotel person due to bad experiences overtime, but I was relieved!! It was clean and the staff was kind! Parking was easy! Peaceful!! I would definitely recommend a stay at this location and I will return!!
