"The accommodation, while contemporary in its appointments and otherwise conducive to comfort, was marred by the constant mechanical drone emanating from the malfunctioning ceiling fan. The front desk's revelation that a previous occupant had registered a similar grievance raised questions about the establishment's operational protocols and guest placement decisions. Given this precedent, the rationale behind assigning me this room remained perplexing. Exhausted from my fourteen-hour transcontinental journey, I consented to their improvised solution of dampening the mechanism with paper—a stopgap measure that provided temporary relief. Nevertheless, this cursory fix merely underscores the necessity for proper mechanical intervention before subsequent guests are subjected to similar circumstances."

"We were on a trip with 4 other couples, all staying in various hotels around Canal/Bourbon street, and the property at Virgin Hotels in New Orleans, from the lobby/coffeshop, to the room, to the rooftop bar were far and away better than the other properties for around the same price. It was our Anniversary weekend, and there was a very nice gift from the hotel in our room upon arrival, and everything was perfect. For anyone looking to see the WWII museum on their stay, it was an easy 10 min. walk, and Bourbon Street was 15-20 minutes away (for those inclined). The pictures and reviews on this hotel are accurate and probably understated compared to the experience we just had there in May 2022! "

"This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of the French Quarter area. Very comfy hotel rooms with a nice bathroom and coffee making facilities inside the room. Would definitely stay again if visiting NOLA."

"Good location, breakfast, swimming pool even if small, on the other hand the beds in 140 for the USA it is small and we are used to having much bigger The air conditioning which makes a lot of noise when it starts And finally the price of parking is exorbitant for the customer 35 doll/24h excluding charges I paid 50doll for 2 nights at the Clarke car park 50m away which is already way too much"

"The location was convenient between the French Quarter and the Garden District. However, the hotel didn't supply complimentary bottles of water, & the coffee machine didn't work. Th3y did replace it!! The aircon was a nightmare & we simply turned it off. Otherwise, good service, lovely staff, & a great place to stay. But, expensive during Mardi Gras."

"The location of this hotel was lovely right next to RiverWalk mall. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t like that carpet in the room and hallways kinda of gave those areas a smell (more so the hallways) Also, wasn’t a fan of the shower/tub combo wish all hotels would update to showers only. But our overall stay was good."

"A fine hotel with nice amenities including fitness room and a spacious shower. It is a short walk from the action of the French Quarter, however we found it to be perfect for a few days looking around New Orleans."

"This hotel was beautiful and pictures didn’t do it justice. My husband and I came to New Orleans to elope and they were so nice to let us use their courtyard. Not only that, they gave us a complimentary breakfast and free champagne. I would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is relatively new. Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view. I guess many hotel chains have the policy of giving worth rooms to guests that book through third parties like Trip.com. They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around. See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room. So do not overpay for corner suites, it is not worth that. Had issue with the stuff. The clock in the room was showing wrong time. Couldn’t fix it myself. Called the reception, they send a guy who after 20 min couldn’t do anything and just said sorry there nothing he could do. When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y.o.! Eventually the watch was fixed but the way they service clients is outrageous. Lastly I had 12 pm check out time for my reservation but the receptionist told me it is 11 am."
