The hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarters, close to the riverfront and the French Market. It has a pleasant inner courtyard with a pool and a fountain. My room was spacious and clean with all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this category. The staff manning the front desk - Macy, Elaine, Clayton and Derek - were always courteous and helpful. There were always bottles of drinking water near the entrance for guests to use. The room rates were reasonable.

While the hotel is gorgeous & in a great location it was a big no for us. The front staff is amazing- I will say that. Super friendly & helpful. However, our second evening we came back to three cockroaches running to hide in the door trim. When my husband & I were talking about what to do another big one ran between our feet. There was also cough drops on she floor when we checked in that were not ours although the rest of the room seemed clean. I was already struggling to sleep because the rooms are not sound proof from inside and outside noises but the bugs sent us somewhere else.

Was a great stay for Mardi Gras, hotel was clean and located in a convenient spot. Not too much noise around the area. Staff was helpful and overall stay was great!

I felt a safe as one could feel when staying in New Orleans. The young woman who checked me in was very welcoming. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep. I was very pleased with my room. Beautiful property.

It is a quaint little place in an "off" area. Great little courtyard with a cute cement pond pool that was very dirty. Could not swim in it. Very small rooms, but for what we needed it was perfect for the night we arrived. The area seemed a little "seedy" including the surrounding businesses and late night characters. Recommend the hotel but the area should be considered if you plan on staying linger than a day.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, amazing staff. The beds were comfy, the noise i expected was much less. The cleaning staff was very accomodating. Great courtyard to relax. We absolutely loved this place and will be back!

Rooms on the street side are noisy and small, but we bought the last one they had so I was glad to get a room. Check in was easy and the people working there were real cool. Checkout was easy, and once again the staff was super cool. The room had a comfortable bed, big tv, ironing board, safe, writing desk, and pretty much everything we needed except a refrigerator.

Elaine was very knowledgeable, there was a 24-hour grill called the clover, a 24-hour bar called Tiki's and there was a grocery store called Russo's
