My room smelled like a sewer. And the curtains that separated the bathroom from the room had crusty white stuff on it.

The shower tub in my room did not drain, I phoned the front desk and expressed this to the person who answered and they didn't offer any solution for my issue.

We stayed during Mardi Gras and the hotel was quiet at night. The parade route was just around the corner and a 10-15 minute walk to the French Quarter. The staff were all friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The pool was kept at a nice warm temperature so it is quite nice even in the winter. Highly recommend. Had a great stay.

This was out first visit to New Orleans. The hotel was conveniently located to Bourbon St. & the trolley line. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Checked into room. Bedsheets had unknown stain on them. Looked like blood. I had to call the front desk to send staff to change sheets.

Good service, great atmosphere. Comfy bed, hotel looks a bit tired in places they could do with some new carpets. However would definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at the Ace, both times to see The Eagles at Smoothie King Arena. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at Josephene Estelle and the meal was excellent. The rooms are nice enough, not luxurious, but comfortable, clean, and
plenty roomy. The location is convenient for walking to where we wanted to go and my wife and I will stay there again.
