Very good hotel people were nice and hotel was clean.

Hotel was great! Staff not at all! We arrived at night, were charged 50+ usd for parking and they made us take the car out at checkout! Vas customer service!

Cute hotel but you can tell it's old. My room had an odor to it that my friend's room didn't. They didn't clean between bed and nightstands, it was dusty and dirty. I'd stay here again due to location and friendliness of staff.

Great location — a short walk to the French Quarter and trams/buses. The room was lovely; the bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated not being able to hear anything from other guests in their rooms, and service was impressively fast whenever I made a request. The foyer/bar/restaurant area was beautifully designed and relaxing to spend time in. The downside? Lots of light from the bedroom windows 24/7 and lots of doors slamming (highly sprung fire doors) with conversations in the hallways you could hear clearly through the large gap under the bedroom door. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, and the water was scalding hot! Overall, the staff were attentive, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would stay again.

Extra $25 per day? The facilities were nice enough. The housekeeping was a bit of a mess. Every day they would change out my linen, which is not only not eco-friendly but then they wouldn't replenish something each day. I was missing wash clothes, then the next day the big towels, then the floor mat. Don't take it if you can't replace it. My biggest issue was the "destination fee." They charged me an extra $25 PER DAY. This was supposed to be "free" drinks at their bar and the use of the Concierge -none of these "services" did I use, nor would they give me this money back. I don't understand why this wasn't included in my room fee, instead of added on. It just left a bad taste. The location was nice, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of issues like this "Destination Fee."
