Hotel was pretty nice. Nice location with plenty of restaurants and corner stores in walking distance. Staff is excellent. My microwave wasn’t working so receptionist moved me and my friend to another room asap. Would definitely recommend.

I liked that no one bothered me. But I didn't like the cleanness of the room the sheets and covers were stained and dirty. Tough to communicate with staff as most spoke spanish. Room had a weird smell to it. Shower head was dirty floor was dirty. Hair was also on the sheets. Only clean are was tub itself and toilet and sink, and the fridge and oven.

Sheet pillows cases was Stan room smell like smoke. No ice bucket in the room. The front desk said that they will send a maid to the room with an ice bucket. The made never came and the ice machine was broken.

It was kind of the staff to let me check in early but I can see why the room was available. Pool and breakfast are listed as your amenities but they are not available. The pool was dirty and breakfast was expired foods. Very grateful I only had to stay 1 night. Did not feel safe here at all, traveling with 2 kids and the door to our room wouldn’t fully close. I had to push a chair up to the door when we went to sleep. Families, just stay somewhere else!

Didn’t get clean towels every day nor was the trash taken out of my room daily….. didn’t know I had to request this at check in…. Cleaner lost out on daily tips because of this!

The bathroom was dirty, pee on the back of the toilet seat. Our room was not serviced, they would not provide us with clean towels and the clerk was rude. Upon our request for towels we were told they were locked up and the clerk didn’t have a key to access them. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and security gate and that’s only if your room key works. Our key didn’t work.

I booked a suite multi bed room but got a double bed room. I walked to the front desk for the correct one but got another wrong room. When I told the staff who seems the boss of the hotel that this was wrong, he became very impatient even yelled at me. What a shame.
