Reason for not recommending: After leaving the hotel, I received an inexplicable deduction of US$150 from the hotel! After Ctrip customer service intervened and communicated, the hotel continued to make up all kinds of disgusting and untrue reasons! This is the first time I encountered such a bad and dishonest hotel.

The room is quite big, with a kitchen. It is cleaned every seven days if you live in a row. If you need to change towels, you can ask the front desk to send them. Central in the Arts district, close to NOLA port, good location and accommodation before going on a cruise. A bit old and musty but well located.

The staff was amazing and the location was very walkable and safe. We were able to find food, shopping, entertainment all within a few mile radius.

The property is very conveniently located, close to the convention center and Riverside Walk and very close to the WWII museum.
The kitchen would need some more kitchen utensils.
The property would profit from new floors - no carpets; they are too hard to keep sanitary.
The suite we were in was split level which was not mentioned in the description. This was not good for us with a wheelchair traveller.

Rooms were clean. The hallways are a little blah add some color at else on the elevator wall walk by them a couple of times. Staff was every nice except for one.
Ask for our bed to be remade and it got missed.
Over very nice wish the weather was nicer we would took advantage of the court yard more.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF CHECKING US IN WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE VALET DDRIVER WAS AWESOME AS WELL. WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STAY.
