I would advise against booking this hotel for international friends: Terrible attitude and expensive charges: On March 13, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that early check-in would cost at least $58, not even counting the cents! Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this was the most expensive. The most appalling thing was that although our check-in time was clearly stated as 4 PM on our reservation, the front desk lady, who was extremely rude, told us we couldn't check in at 4 PM because we didn't pay in advance. When I argued that it wasn't my fault and that she couldn't just make us wait, she yelled at me, claiming that nobody said it was my fault but we still couldn't check in, then made us wait for an entire hour! A stay here ruins the experience for anyone; I don’t know how such unprofessionalism gets one to the front desk. The worst part is that there’s no way to file a complaint; the hotel management is indifferent, and there’s no complaint channel on their website. Our rights were not protected at all! Had it not been for my friend and me, I would have canceled and changed hotels immediately (and now, having been made to wait until 5 PM, I wonder if they'd also prevent me from checking out). Consider carefully whether you want to book this hotel. Inflexible processes: We booked four nights, but due to changes in our itinerary, we wanted to cancel the last night. The hotel refused, which made us wonder why we didn’t just book one night at a time instead of all four nights together. This aspect is particularly incomprehensible, showing the hotel's lack of flexibility. Cleanliness: On the first day, we left a tip for the cleaning staff, only to return and find our room was not cleaned. When asked, the front desk (the same woman) said we needed to book cleaning services in advance, which she failed to mention initially. Such unprofessionalism makes one question how she ended up at the front desk. My friend and I decided not to leave tips anymore, preferring to request garbage bags and handle our tra

The amenities weren't good. The machines in the gym were broken and there was no AC - which was the main reason why I chose this hotel. It had a similar price to other hotels around, and I could have stayed in a way better place, but the pictures were deceiving. It was two blocks away from a nice neighborhood but that street itself didn't feel safe because there were a lot of homeless around, and I was walking by myself and approached indecently several times. There was no room service. Only if you stayed over 7 days they would clean your room. There is no pool. You go on vacations to have a good time, to rest from picking up , etc. I wouldn't stay there again.

If you’re looking for a clean, safe, affordable and convenient place to stay - this does the trick! Staff are friendly and helpful. My only true critique is that they use way too much Febreze or the like in the lobby.

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Homeless people hanging outside the front of the property. Included breakfast was very limited - oj was watered down, few options.

Not clean. Rugs in halls were dirty. Also trash bags left on floor in hallway. People smoking in other rooms and smoke came into our room. Shower was clogged, but they did fix it. Breakfast was pretty bad

The hotel lobby is nice it smelled very fresh and clean in the hotel, and staff were pleasant.. it’s just the property was out dated and too expensive for what I paid considering

This property is outdated and the pictures provided do not match the condition of the place at all. The are was not a good area either. I had to cancel my reservation earlier and move to another hotel.

There was rooms available but charging the guest an additional $50 for early check in is ridiculous and taking advantage of a 4pm check in time. Will not stay here again due to fees and no value for what im paying for. Its a plain hotel and nothing extraordinary about it. The front staff was nice.
