"Hotel location is convenient, walk to the main street of the city 7-8 minutes. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are complete, and the separate kitchen is suitable for those who like to cook their own meals. If you bring a child, you will have to pay for the child. Filling out the child information when booking a room automatically calculates the room rate and automatically assigns the appropriate room. If you temporarily increase your child's stay, you will need to add a child's room rate. This is a motel with plenty of parking."
"The room is spacious and looks modern, but as soon as I stepped in with my partner, a putrid smell lurked the rooms.i informed the receptionist about the smell and she just told me that it's the standard smell of all rooms. (Gross) and I then told her, the receptionist, that if she can get me a spray or something to mask the smell. She never came back. Horrible service. Like atleast have the decency to come back. I felt unwelcomed, and ripped off."

"Suitable for children. Location is very good. Very few can also bring dogs. There is a coffee shop to bring dogs. There are diverse forms of accommodation. One bedroom, two bedrooms, use public kitchen, use public restrooms, self-housing car."
"A relatively large youth hostel with complete living facilities, but no private bathroom (Ctrip compensated for this). Free feijoa tasting is provided. However, the power supply is not at the bedside, and the parking lot is a bit cramped. Overall, it is cost-effective."
"The hotel is located in the small town of New Zealand, Nelson (not too small in New Zealand, with a population of 70,000). Although it is a motel but the environment is very good, the room facilities are well equipped, can cook, have a jacuzzi, very good"
"The room was clean and tidy, the outdoor view was good, the room was very comfortable, the location was good, and there was a small swimming pool outdoors. The service is also very warm and thoughtful. The only downside is that under the aircraft channel, there will be sound when the plane flies, but Nielsen didn't have many planes, and the impact was not too big."
"The hotel is well located near the city center, within walking distance to the downtown commercial street and restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful Nelson Cathedral. The rooms are spacious and clean with complete facilities."
"The price has the advantage of being a little cheaper than other holiday top 10, but it was a little disappointing that towels were not provided.
The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly, which was nice."

AAnonymous UserClean and good location. Just by the beach. Strong sense of service. Before we checked in, the boss had turned on the heating and was very intimate. There is parking space. The bathroom equipment is a bit old, but it does not affect the living.
GGuest UserNice welcome friendly and helpful when enquiring about things, not happy with wifi constantly fading and their answer was “ tried to get it fixed but ? “ on website they offer airport drop offs but don’t due to complaints from the local cabbies so why still advertise this !!! And finally when dropping off key on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so not happy with the service.
JJEANGTEAI really like it ㅋㅋ It's really the best accommodation. It's close to the beach and there's a park right in front. It was really nice. I recommend this place to people from Korea.
GGuest UserGood value for money compared with other hotels we have stayed at in Nelson. Decor and comfort was good.
A bit of noise from the music in the outside bar area in the early to mid evening, the speaker was right under our window, which might be a problem to some, not to us.
Food was good , but a little on the expensive side for us, personally,
Lovely location right on the water, lovely looking building.
GGuest UserStaff were friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. Facilities are good. I did however have a cluster of ants in my room. They were swiftly dealt with by staff within about 5 minutes after reporting. I was grateful for being able to leave luggage prior to check in but a bit disappointed i had to pay 2 nzd to store luggage in a locked on departure for about 90 to 120 minutes. I can understand charges for longer periods of left luggage on check out, but under 2 hours seemed a bit unfortunate. However i would still recommend the YHA for others, although if you want a more ”party” type hostel, this isn't it.
FFanieWe stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment. We received excellent communication before our arrival, which made check-in extremely smooth. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It is very close to the centre of town (about 2 minutes) with lots of restaurants and shops within easy reach. It is also only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserGreat location, close to the bus stop and the sea.
There was a bathroom in the room and bath towels were provided, so it was comfortable.
I was happy that I could use the washing machine for free.
The woman at the reception was also nice and had a nice atmosphere.
New Plymouth is a wonderful city!
GGuest UserHad a private room which was clean and very comfortable. Cosy too. Only spent two nights but would’ve been happy there on a long trip. The shared areas were great too, especially for socialising. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again.
