The service was warm and thoughtful, the hotel had a very good view, clean and hygienic, the room was relatively large, and the family had no problems with the three. The last time I went, the bath in the bathroom was not very good. I have no problem with this time, and it is a little farther away from the city.

Zambia-the place is not touristic. Locals come to rest only on the coast at the weekend. We were the only holidaymakers in the glamping for a week. The area is green, shadowy. A beautiful pool with a small hill and a jacuzzi. There is a common kitchen. Our ”thatt” was perfectly equipped - air conditioner, refrigerator, teapot, shower cabin. In the sea live corals, fish. True, far from the shore, but not deep. Friendly staff. We liked the hotel.

Gee! This is one of those places that are reviewed at FIVE STAR and you go to find out… they really deserve it! I LOVE this place! The front desk staff REALLY set the mood for any stay, and these ladies REALLY warm your hearts with genuine smiles, humorous wit, complete professionalism, and charming & welcoming personalities! A1, 100% could not be any better. First class. The best! The names I most recall are Ariane & Jora, as they truly practice excellence in this sometimes difficult profession. The rooms are soooooooo clean! So to all the unnamed people who do this job, THANK YOU! They have a breakfast served almost all day, plus a lite menu. Delicious, affordable, and prompt. As they say this province, it’s LAAMI KAAYO! Great fresh smoothies too! The owner is a pure Filipino corporation, so no weird overseas influences. I like that. Plus the have a meeting/banquet facility, beautiful swimming pool although I didn’t try it out, great lobby, and I think 28 overall rooms. The only thing I hope…. Is after all these well-deserved 5-STAR ratings, please don’t raise prices! I will come here again and again and again. Truly love this place! Home away from home.

It was very convenient to go out and have meal outside. Very accessible, clean, and secure.

Advantages: The facilities in the house are excellent, the room is very large, and it is very close to the sea, suitable for soaking in the hotel for vacation. The price is really expensive compared to the Philippines, but it is still very cheap compared to China. Disadvantages: I went snorkeling three times, nothing, really nothing... I read the comments before saying that there are a lot of fish, but I didn't see it. I was very disappointed; the waiters are all kind to you on the surface, we Enjoyed the service of delivering food to the house, and tipped almost every time, but no one told us that the delivery fee was charged separately. When I finally checked out, I saw the delivery bill and it was not very comfortable to be honest. The fee is based on a percentage; again, I broke a tray of soap in the house, and asked me how much it was when I checked out. I asked me more than 2,000 pesos! Later, I looked at the compensation price list and said that the item corresponding to this price was not broken by us. It was not quite right. Then she said, oh, what you said is not this. good, very good, excellent! The best hotel on Dumaguete. First of all, the hotel has a shuttle bus to wherever you go. When a group of friends come to play, it is like a nanny car. It is very worry-free. It can be seated by many people. Seeing the previous comment that the hotel is far away. Personally love this place. About 20 minutes away from the city, it is very quiet and suitable for vacation. After all, there is really nothing to see in the city. Then the hotel's breakfast is very rich. I haven't eaten it all after staying for a few days. delicious! In the end I came to learn to dive, the hotel will have this service. The coach who took me was Layla. Laughing Chinese Girl! Rich teaching experience, and one-on-one teaching is very detailed, it is really much stronger than the one-on-six outside. I originally wanted to confuse the diving card, but there was no chance! Some projects I was afraid of accompanied me slowly to overcome! When going out to dive, I encountered some situations that I was afraid of when I was studying. Fortunately, we have overcome them, otherwise we will get a certificate, and when it really hits the water, we will bring it to the dog. We visited on a Sunday, the following day was a holiday, so it was very busy. Actually, much busier than I would have thought allowed with covid restrictions, many appeared to have booked rooms. With it being so busy, you'd think they would be strictly enforcing restrictions, but that wasn't the case, their waiting staff weren't even wearing masks. I wonder what precautions they were taking for food preparations. We were there because of the whole day electrical blackout in the area, to relax and eat. We ordered a variety of foods, including hummus with falafel. There were two or three so called Israeli dishes on the menu too. Having worked in Iraq, Qatar, Dubai and Jordan, I have a pretty good idea what authentic hummus, falafel and the bread should be like. The hummus was fairly good, if a little on the bland side, bread was good though not authentic. The falafel was strange, I've only every had it in balls, these were like medallions and rather overcooked. The rest of the food was typical Filipino dishes and ok, with being anything special. Prices were reasonable and portions were good enough.

For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.
