BB!3NThe most unique hotel cabana i have ever stayed & experienced! I love the interior & exterior design of the cabana! The staff are all friendly, polite & helpful. The food was great & delicious! Good value for money😊 The hotel is near the airport.

MmarkOK so at first you might think this a back road but it has schools and colleges along it.
The location is like 15 min walk from port and maybe 20 from boulevard and loads of great street food.
Staff are not only helpful I'm sure the smiles they have were best I've seen
Thought it's an older hotel it has kept its majestic quality. With staff all wearing the same from head to toe. Gave a feeling of quality with room angel that reset the room daily. Been in a few that don't do this.

GGuest UserWe originally planned to stay at another hotel but it was full so we decided to try Henia. Overall it’s been a good experience and I think this is probably the best option in Dumaguete, which for some reason has a very limited selection of hotels. The good: - The rooms are reasonably sized. They only had twin rooms when we booked. While they are basic, they are up to date, clean and reasonably roomy - The bathroom is decent quality, with expected amenities such as shampoo, toothbrush kits, etc. The shower is spacious. - The wall air conditioner works well - They bring the included breakfast to your room. You choose from a number of Filipino options each day. There is no western breakfast option. - Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful - The elevator, which is a rarity in Dumaguete hotels, is decent sized and very smooth The not so good: - There is a lot of traffic noise - The water pressure is not great - The internet is not strong. It’s virtually impossible to even upload things - The key card is very touchy, so it takes a long time to get the door open Overall, given the other options, I would recommend this hotel

GGuest UserOn arrival, the road leading to the hotel is very rocky. Hopefully, this is fixed, because the hotel itself is a pretty one. Lots of greenery around you, including the beautiful ocean view and infinity pool.
A lot of the rooms were not available, not because of it being booked, but for some untold reason. Our room had rusty sliding cupboard doors, unable to slide, a telephone that did not work, and cold water from the shower. After 30minutes of speaking to staff and management, they eventually transferred us to a different room without extra charges. The new room, however, coming with a few of it's own negatives, like a damaged face cloth, and a broken tile in the bathroom. The rest of the room, perfect haha.
Apart from these issues, that CAN BE FIXED with more attention and care to details, the hotel is good. Hopefully, management sees reviews like this, and takes immediate action.
Also, there is WIFI. On the App, it says No WIFI, but there is.

GGuest UserI love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... SSamHKTAll staffs are very nice and accommodating. I asked for a small item and they even bought outside just to accommodate my request. Room is clean. Was not able to try the pool due to busy schedule, the pool has a 4’ depth. Will book this place again next time I visit Dumaguete.

毛毛毛虫MandyThis time I booked a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, which is very convenient and you can cook by yourself, but I didn’t experience it in a hurry this time. The restaurant downstairs is not as good as everyone said, but it is above the overall level of the Philippines. The swimming pool is beautiful and there are slides to play. After checking out, I had to go to the pier to take the boat to Tin Island. Because we had 5 people and luggage, we asked the front desk to call a cart for us. As a result, we arranged a brand new van to take us there for free. The building is very distinctive, the layout is very cute, I feel that a small town in Europe, next time I must take my daughter to stay a few more days.

GGuest UserI can't say enough about this hotel. Customer service was professional, efficient and welcoming. The staff never failed to greet me with ”hello sir” and wave and smile. Always helpful when I had questions such as ”what's the best way to get somewhere?”, Etc. Location is excellent with being close to the beach walk, many restaurants and access to public transportation. Property is well maintained and clean. My room was plenty big for one person but family rooms are also available. Only one thing that may bother some is the hot water was out for one of my 3 day stay. However this was a minor inconvenience for me and did not keep me from issuing this 5 star review.

GGuest UserMauvais choix pour ma part, maximum 1 étoile, situé dans le centre ville, l'entrée de cet établissement se fait au fond d'un couloir sous une arcade commerçante, pas facile à trouver ! Bon accueil, demande de dépôt 500 rp, pas d'ascenseur, ma chambre au 2 eme étage, on m'a proposé de monter mes bagages, quelle surprise, je ne m'attendais pas à un endroit aussi basique vu les commentaires et les annonces des escrocs Booking et Agoda; pièce sombre et vieillotte, il faut l'éclairage en permanence, pas de fenêtre, pas de table, ni de chaise, vieilles étagères abimées, même pas une bouteille d'eau ! 2 lits étroits, salle de bain avec douche. Par contre clim et wifi correct, ensemble propre. Vraiment déçu, de plus pas bon marché, je me suis bien fait avoir pas les avis de Tripdvisor....Complètement déconseillé.

EEmmanuel SarmientoThe place is quiet, good for people who like relaxation in a tranquil environment. The room is okay, I got a small ne but it was enough for me since I came as a solo. However, I don‘t understand why it was so hard to hail a tricycle going to this place, no matter how near it actually is. Even the tricycles from there won‘t pick you up even when it‘s not yet fully occupied. So far my stay was good. I was able to work in my room, I just wished they have something like a study table where guests who needs to work remotely can work. Also, it would be nice if you know how to drive a motorbike and hold a driver‘s license. Cause going to the places there back in forth can be really hard when commuting only, unlike when you can rent a motorbike, you can go anywhere, anytime without a hassle.
