Breathtakingly Gorgeous, At the first I was arrived at parking lot, I thought I am making the wrong booking.
But when I entered, it's relief looks very nice living room, and then when approach to the simple lobby, wow, the reception is very friendly and very helpful.
She walk with us to the room, and wowww, the view is spectacular.
We book for 2 night here, I am a bit regret, why not just stay for 4 night here ??
The location is a bit far from the city, but it's wort it, I will love to come back if I visit Punta Arenas again
The Design of the room is amazingly gorgeous, full of arts, same as at the living room, there is a museums too
Strongly recommend all type of traveler to stay here, it a MUST

The hotel is not located in the downtown area of Puerto Natales. We did not have a rental car, so we were dependent on taxis to move around. Taxis are not very expensive though. When you reach the hotel, the entrance is kind of weird as we have to go around the building to be able to get to the reception. With all our bags, it took some doing. But once we got over the initial hiccups, the hotel itself is very nice. What was unique was that it was made out of recyclable materials, which seems to be quite the standard in Puerto Natales. The rooms are spacious, and the showers were really nice. The rooms overlook the countryside which of course is very beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant, even though expensive, was really good too. There is a We had a pretty unique and enjoyable stay at the hotel

beautiful and unique complex. nice staff. if you have a car to get to the city it's very worth it. the rooms are clean, beds very comfortable with amazing view. always fresh breakfast made by them. it is very quiet and relaxing. overall great.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel outside Puerto Natales. It is quiet, rural and has a lovely view overlooking the hills and mountains. Rooms are large and very well decorated. Very comfortable beds and very welcoming hosts and reception staff. Breakfast is plentiful and food is good. Highly recommended hotel.

Un hotel distinto, en un sector alejado del pueblo por lo que se requiere auto para quedarse. El diseño del hotel y las piezas son maravillosas, con una excelente vista (esperemos que los terrenos loteados que dan hacia la vista no se llenen con casas ya que se acabaría el encanto). Para destacar, la amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan ahí, sin duda lo mejor. No pongo cinco estrellas porque se extraña que la haya al menos un servicio de sandwiches en las noches, ya que el bar sólo funciona al desayuno. Si llegas cansado por la tarde, y tienes hambre, debes volver a salir al pueblo, aunque en auto son menos de 7 minutos.

É tudo perfeito, o hotel é novo, quartos espaçosos com uma vista maravilhosa no estilo da patagonia. Não há o que reclamar, a equipe é maravilhosa, muito prestativos, o café da manha é bom, bem variado, o hotel é silencioso perfeito para descansar após os passeios e só aproveitar a vista. O custo benefício é incrivel, com certeza o melhor hotel de puerto natales e provavelmente um dos melhores de toda a patagonia.

El hotel es muy lindo, te hace desconectar de todo. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. Las camas cómodas. Baños amplios. El centro del hotel queda a 7 minutos en auto. Tienes una vista desde todo el hotel a los cerros. El personal es excelente, amables y atentos a todos los requerimientos. Aceptan perros. El desayuno es exquisito. Todo el hotel calefaccionado. Destacó la amabilidad de Gabi, Coni, Mauricio.
