The hotel is a bit far from the town, and taking an Uber is very convenient and only costs 20 to 30 yuan. The location and scenery of this hotel are out of this world. You can see the snow-capped mountains by the lake and the starry sky at night. If you don't want to go out, you can sit on the sofa next to the fireplace and see the changes in the scenery at different times through the floor-to-ceiling glass, such as morning glow, sunset, clouds, mist, light and shadow. The boss is a very handsome middle-aged uncle, elegant and friendly, maybe he is not an uncle, and it is hard to tell his age because he is a white man. Regardless, this hotel is impeccable inside and out and highly recommended.

This was a charming and cozy guest house whose owners were delightful. Our room was very nice and the breakfast, that was included, was bountiful with made to order food in addition to the buffet items. The view was beautiful and peaceful and we would definitely love to return to enjoy this lovely get-away again.

We were lucky enough to stay here for 2 nights in total. This place is exceptional! The setting is so peaceful and picturesque and the hotel itself is impeccable - the decor is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is exceptional. The hosts Carlos and Christina were so warm and welcoming. They even let us leave our luggage there for a night when we went to the national park. I cannot recommend this place enough - it’s one of the most beautiful places we stayed in Chile!

The location is on the outskirts of Puerto Natales, on the way to Torres del Payne. The owners, Carlos and Cristina, are the ones who welcome you and make you feel at home. The house itself is beautiful, very well preserved and remodeled, with heating and very pleasant spaces. The photos are accurate. The room is nice, cozy and comfortable. With a bed that had a view of the Towers. The bathroom was clean and also had heating. The breakfast was delicious. I definitely hope to return to Puerto Natales and stay with them again.
