We loved our stay, the staff were lovely and the view from the bar upstairs is gorgeous . The area is very nice and it’s walkable to different cafes and restaurants in the Chiaia area. Marco the concierge was a great help and recommended a lovely restaurant and bar toe eat. We would definitely come back to Grand Parker’s hotel

The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

Poor hygiene, a few hairs on the bed, poorly laid sheets, poor facilities, no separate shower room in the bathroom to stand in the bathtub to rain, the hotel has a long history, but personally feel it is not worth the price. not bad. Passed by and stayed only one night. Egg Castle was closed that morning.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

We were a Norwegian school group (aged 14/15 years) and we really appreciated that the hostel were willing to host us for four nights. The rooms and facilities were beyond expectation; clean and well-maintained. Some of our students commented on how lovely it was that each of the dormitory rooms had its own character. The centre courtyard was lovely for early evening meetings and morning gatherings. The breakfast was healthy and fresh with enough to feed everyone. The staff went above and beyond to help us; detailed information about the city, help with maps, help with luggage, help with ordering pizza! and so much more. We were all so very grateful that we had this little haven in the middle of a wonderfully chaotic city. Thank you so much.

We stayed at Diego's accommodation for seven nights and can heartily recommend it. Five stars are not enough to adequately rate this incomparable B&B! Working in the hotel industry myself, I am certainly a rather demanding guest; however, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded! Rarely have we experienced such a nice, caring and helpful host. But not only that, the accommodation itself is absolutely unique. You can tell that a lot of heart and soul has been put into it - everything has been thought of. Our room was beautiful, bright and cozy. In addition, it looked like new and was very modern (top air conditioning available). The room and the entire accommodation was always absolutely clean. Although the B&B is in a prime location (the nearest metro station is only a few minutes walk away and everything in the city is also easily doable on foot), we heard nothing of the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was also delicious every day! Thank you Diego for this unforgettable and perfect stay in bella Napoli and your very helpful tips! I was in this building with my wife for a weekend ( from 19 to 21 April ) and I found two people in the hosts Angelo and Dario to say little exceptional, wonderful advice and useful suggestions. Comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast for all tastes and especially a feeling among the walls of the house, starting from the wake and to finish breakfast between confidence and professionalism of Dario and the lovely passion of Daddy Angelo, We are going with a veil of malincony but happy to have experienced this experience. Magma Home is an incredible place to stay. Wonderful hosts, beautiful rooms, comfortable and large shared spaces and that magic rooftop and view! I love the eclectic art throughout from local artists, very colourful and unique. Our family of 5 stayed over new years and had such a wonderful time. We felt included in the family at a wonderful new years eve party. The hosts were also very lovely about my son's 15th birthday, giving him a little cake and candle as well as a little gift. The breakfasts were perfect and we chose to eat ours on the rooftop most mornings with that killer view of Vesuvius and the rooftops of Naples. Big shout out to Roberto who is the best host! There was nothing he wouldn't do to help, he is very kind and patient. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is great, very close to Naples Museum and the underground. Make sure you go to Starita Pizza for dinner too, which is an easy walk away and the best pizza I have ever eaten! Our stay at Magma Home made our stay in Naples truly special, we were very well looked after. Highly recommended!
