It is a nice hotel, with convenient transportation, free parking, good breakfast, and warm hospitality. The hotel is also clean and quiet. It is convenient for eating and shopping around. I will come back next time.

We stayed at the hotel for four days in early July. This resulted in us leaving with the best impressions. There was a lot of politeness and friendliness among the staff. The room was exactly what we wanted and very clean. Our maids cleaned and tidied it every day. Clean towels were provided and bathroom accessories were promptly replaced. Poor communication from the start as the property was very hard to find. It is on the fifth floor of a very large apartment building and with just a very small sign on the door, which was locked and we had to figure out how to call up to the desk using the intercom for them to let us in. It would have been appreciated if they had shared those details with us prior to check-in to save us the time and anxiety of trying to find the place. Once we got in, the place was very old and run down. Did not feel welcoming at all. The room was the same and there was a terrible sulfur smell coming from somewhere in the bathroom. We then tried to take a shower and the water was at first scalding hot not matter where you turned the handle for the first few minutes, and then it was freezing cold for the rest of the time. Really not a great experience at all. We are not people who need a luxury hotel by any means, we simply look for a comfortable place to sleep and take a shower. This didn't provide either of those things for us. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is that the man at the desk was helpful enough to call for a taxi for us in the morning and it was a decent location as we were coming from the ferry port that night and heading to the airport in the morning.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during a visit to Naples. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the old city and next to the underground and train station. The building has been very tastefully refurbished, the rooms were clean and breakfast lovely. There is an amazing roof terrace to grab a drink or dine, with beautiful plants and a wonderful view! A special mention for the staff: everybody was attentive, friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and will come back if we have the chance.
