Great hotel, clean and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, making my stay even more enjoyable. The view from balcony was amazing. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

Best experience in Napoli, loved everything about the staying in the hotel. Very friendly staff and amazing interior design. I was confused with the location, however the staff were very helpful to cone and show me the location and help with the parking. They located in a residential building, which gives local lifestyle vibes. There’s a daily local market outside the main entrance which was added value for me.

Needed something close to the train station and airport so you’re not gonna be in a Beverly Hills type neighborhood but the hotel was very clean and appears rather new. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Went out of his way to bring our luggage up to our room. Train station is literally across the street. Lots of places to get food. He arranged for our taxi to take us to the airport. For a short stop in Naples before catching a flight I would recommend. Just wouldn’t go out too late.

這趟那不勒斯住酒店的過程，是個“先抑後揚”的經典例子。
首先訂房的時候就GoogleMap和攜程雙開一直在研究方位距離，以確保從那不勒斯中央車站高鐵出來能很快步行可達，辦理入住，因為是下午到，想趕在太陽下山前去海邊。這是大前提。
結果吧，近是真近，有個舊評論還貼心指出可以走車站側門快速到酒店所在那條街；火車還一反意大利人愛誤點的作風早到幾分鐘。
結果到酒店所在公寓樓下（我還非常醒目通過谷歌地球研究出這個B&B是在一棟居民公寓樓裏），在whatsapp上跟對面的酒店人員來來回回溝通了好久，回覆速度也不太及時，然後也沒親自過來。我之前看另一條評論説晚上到的客人發現他們是在附近開了一間咖啡館，可以去那找工作人員之類的。
anyway在來回無效溝通+等待訊息折騰了半小時後，我終於忍不住聯繫了攜程客服，為攜程點贊！回覆很及時可以説秒回，並且説馬上幫我聯繫酒店。剛好這時候對面也可能突然忙完有空了，指揮我：全程遙控打開了公寓大門，讓我電梯上樓，再遙控打開幾個房間共用的大門，進去在小前台拿到我的鑰匙，進了我的房間，我從入住到退房，一個員工都沒見到哈哈哈。
折騰完這之後就是好的一面了。酒店房間超大，有個可以睡人的大沙發，小陽台上還有户外椅+桌子，晚上我就在那喝紅酒抽煙吃外帶回來的芝士+披薩，愜意得很。
最後攜程還給我退了點房費，再次點贊！

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful experience staying here! Before arrival, Angel, our lovely host, contacted me in advance to confirm the check-in time and gave clear instructions on how to find the hotel, which made everything so smooth. The check-in process was quick and easy — and the best part, there was no late check-in fee, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel.
The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from the central train station, and very close to all the main attractions. Public transport is also super convenient if needed.
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with everything I needed. I felt right at home. I truly highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Angel, for the warm welcome!

ががっさんI stayed here for 3 nights. I was able to relax as if it were my own room. I was given 3 keys. I had a hard time with the keys because they had to be inserted into the keyhole, but it was a good memory. The owner was a woman and was very considerate. I will definitely use her again if I have the chance to go to Naples.

The shower is always watery when you wash it.

UUmang DhirenNice hotel near Napoli Centrale. Lots of tours go out from this hotel, so super convenient. Lots of cafe, restaurants and shopping near by. Metro station is also close by to visit Toleda or Dante. Overall great place.

GGuest UserThe location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

GGuest UserVery good value for money room, the hotel is very close to the train station, less than ten minutes walk, but because the room is in a building, the first time I came to the front desk, I couldn't find it. Fortunately, someone downstairs pointed out that I found it on the fourth floor. The rooms are also there. The elevator is the old-fashioned elevator in Europe. The room floor is very high. It feels loose compared to some other hotels. There is no depression. There is also a small balcony. From the balcony through the train station, you can see the Vesuvius volcano in the distance. This time I booked a room with breakfast. Breakfast is my own choice on a list. If you want to eat, you can choose a lot of breakfast 😁

神神秘大浪浪Not far from the station, the whole is not bad, just the generator hanging on the wall at night, very awkward, very affecting sleep. Even with earplugs can be heard. So I didn't sleep well that night.

GGuest Usershower more nights. Clean and well-accessored rooms. Excellent breakfast with bakery sweets and cappuccino-caffee bars and not just machines. Breakfast room with beautiful glass and balcony with view of the city. The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the Garibaldi Central Station and 10 minutes from the duomo and the way of the courts and thus the historic centre is close, even though neighborhoods in Naples are often degraded.

GGuest UserWe asked to provide us a separate blanket , but they refused to do it and it was uncomfortable to sleep only with one blanket.. also there was only one towel per person, no feet towel, no face towel… the towels are worn and not fresh. The location was good but it was hard to find the entrance and no signage. The staff tried to overcharge us city tax and I asked to recalculate… refused to accept card and took cash, God knows if it’ll be passed to actual city tax. Overall for the price provided it was ok.
