Clean, safe and prime location, 5-min walk to Piazza del Plebiscito and easily accessible by Metro M1 (Municipio is the closest stop from the train station Napoli Centrale). The B&B is on the 4th floor in an apartment building, with a small elevator.

What a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

У ворот звонок, нам открыли, быстро зарегистрировали. Апартаменты соответствовали описанию и фото, очень большие, удобные. Есть двуспальная кровать, диван и кресло кровать, но нужно при бронировании писать, какие кровати нужны. Завтрак нормальный для Италии

找這個酒店花了點時間，因為真正入口是在3樓，大家看到第1幅圖門牌62就是進酒店的地方，第2幅圖那個小小的電梯是可以拖行李上去的，人走樓梯上去。前台小姐姐説這個酒店有700多年的歷史，是受保護的，所以不能做修改。酒店裡的設施不錯，早飯品種豐富，可坐花園裡吃早飯。房間設施也不錯，非常安靜。除了進門外的環境不太理想外，酒店還是值得推薦的。

We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!

The advantage of the hotel is that the location is particularly good. The entrance is not easy to find, it is in a small courtyard on Chiaja Road. The Zhou Wei visitor area is very safe, and Brandi Pizzeria (the inventor of Margherita pizza) is downstairs. There are good restaurants not far away. The room is quite decent, the facilities are old, and it's liveable. The quilt has no core but only a blanket (traditional in Italy). People who are not used to it can only consider chain hotels.

The service is very good, the front desk service is very warm, and the room is very clean, fragrant, looks very new, and the location is close to the beach, you can see the sea after a street! When I leave, I will also have a photo, as a souvenir, I think it is quite good! !
