It is about a 15-minute walk from the station. On the way from the station, there is a clean supermarket, laundry, and delicious pizza restaurant, and next door is a chain drugstore, so the location is great.
The room was quite spacious, cleaned every day, and had a large terrace, so it was very comfortable.
I visited not only Naples, but also Pompeii, Salerno → Amalfi → Potasino → Sorrento, but Amalfi and Potasino were too crowded, so I'm glad I did a day trip from Naples.
There is no resident staff, so you need to go at the specified time to check in, but be careful that they don't open the door unless you call. I ended up not being able to contact the hotel in Matera, so the hotel canceled the day and I didn't get a refund, so I was a little worried that it would happen again.

I think it is a pretty good hotel if you go to or come to the airport late at night or early in the morning. The room is small and there is no refrigerator, but the staff is kind and will book the car properly if you specify the time. Not a taxi, but a regular passenger car came, so it would probably be a white taxi that is affiliated with the hotel. The price is fixed 25 euros. It was about 10 minutes to ride at 4:30 in the early morning, so I felt a little high, but it was good that there was no worry about being further swallowed (laughs). Also, I couldn't eat breakfast because it was early in the morning, but the staff gave me coffee and juice.
The location is subtle to use as a sightseeing hotel normally. It is about 2 minutes walk from the tram 1 station, but there are few shops around. It takes about 15 minutes by tram from Galibaldi station.

Everything was good. We got upgraded to a suite. Kind hotel management.
However the location for local transport is not accessible, the metro station right outside the hotel was closed by Metro operators for a while

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed my whole stay at this hotel. Room was clean and location was excellent (just next to Centrale train station). Strongly recommend to all travelers planning to come Napoli!!!
