Gram Suites

We stayed here for one night as a stopover in Naples, without any sightseeing. The hotel is on the third floor of an apartment building with about three or four rooms. It is about ten minutes away from the city. Compared to the city, it is quieter and the beach is right at the doorstep. The boss, Max, is very enthusiastic and actively helps us solve and handle problems. The decoration of the room is also very artistic and modern. The downside is that the colors are dark and some corners are not cleaned well. There are unidentified floating objects in the kettle. This aspect needs to be improved.

Simply enchanting location. Very kind staff, very friendly, very prepared from a professional point of view and in welcoming the customer. The only flaw, unfortunately, are the rooms. They should be "reviewed" a little, for example the mattresses were rather shabby, as well as the sink not in the bathroom but in the bedroom (due to space issues. But all in all these are not "the big problem". The problem, extremely penalizing for the Moka Suite, are the window frames that do not filter the noise of the splendid Via Caracciolo. Without earplugs (wax) it is impossible to sleep a wink, and even with earplugs it is still difficult. Unfortunately the quality of sleep is a problem. If the Moka will be able to solve this problem by replacing the window frames with products worthy of the location and the service offered by the staff, it will truly become a wonderful place. It is truly a shame, also because it takes very little to exponentially improve the Moka Suite

I stayed two nights in two different rooms. In the first, the air conditioning was broken, and in the second, I was left with the bathroom handle in my hand! The sink is NOT in the bathroom, but in the bedroom. The fixtures are really bad, as you can hear the noise from the streets. One outlet wasn't plugged into the wall. At night, I could hear the buzzing of a mosquito that I couldn't find. In the morning, I woke up covered in red bites and severe nausea. When I got home, I went to the doctor, and they confirmed that I had BED MITES and that I would need to take an antihistamine, cream, and a dermatologist's appointment. I contacted the hotel to get a refund and/or at least an explanation. The first time, they said they disinfected the mattress once a month, but over the phone, they told me they disinfected it once a week with baking soda. They concluded by saying that as far as they're concerned, I could have gotten them outside (I even took a photo of the injection at 5 a.m. because of the intense burning sensation on my neck) and that therefore they wouldn't give me a cent back. The owner never contacted me; I only ever spoke to the receptionist. I strongly advise staying away; it's a disgrace! A place like this shouldn't even be open.
