wonderful place to fit a family! Spacious room with comfy bed and spacious restroom. Importantly, there is a lift to the apartment, and everything is new. It’s good for travellers with suitcases. Safe area to walk around in the night and a close walk to metro line 2 and castles near the port. 15-min subway to the historic center and archeological museum.
Easy self check-in and out, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Rooms fit with the pictures. It’s your top choice to stay in Naples for sure.

The location is perfect , it is right in the middle of nice area Chiaia. And where Chiaia is full of luxury shops, and small local shops, if you like shopping, surely should book around this area. the host is not present , but very quick reply/answer every time we need ay help. breakfast was the best ! which they give you a voucher that you go next door in a cafe for the breakfast , staffs in that cafe are very nice. room was clean and they make the bed every day we go out of the room. the hotel room didn't really come out as the photo we saw and expected. the room is quite dark and there is no view we thought there was a balcony that with a street view at least. The hanger is quite dusty I needed to clean it before use. the toilet and the shower are the least I like. The shower is quite hard to adjust the temperature which stays so hot every time. and it doesn't look that clean to me. There is no fridge in the room which under the hot weather you cannot have any water in the room.

The BB is located in a building guarded by external and internal security in the heart of the Chiaia nightlife (but not affected by street noise), less than 1 km from the seafront and a few steps from Via dei Mille and Via Calabritto, the luxury shopping streets. My room was very nice: high ceiling and bathroom on the mezzanine, not very comfortable but very particular and well furnished. The supplies are of excellent quality, which I appreciated not being disposable. There is a common room where you can have breakfast or a snack: at the table you can find bar croissants and tarts all day, the fridge is always full of truly delicious fruit juices, milk and yogurt (in glass jars, which is an important detail). In addition, for breakfast, a voucher is provided to use in the bakery below, which is one of the best in the area, where you can consume a hot drink, a fruit juice and a piece of croissant, muffin and the delicious cakes always fresh in the beautiful American-style room (the choice is really wide and also includes chiffon cake and angel cake or magnificent stuffed plumcakes). The quality-price ratio - on last minute offer on booking - excellent.

I found this accommodation by chance while looking in an area that I know and appreciate. I got in touch with Mr. Ramon, very helpful with everything. I must say that for a tourist it is the right place, full of activities, very quiet and within reach of various places of interest and a few minutes from Piazza Amedeo, metro station 2. The price is more than fair, comfortable and clean room, not noisy at all in the evening.

Central and very convenient location for visiting Naples. The neighborhood and the building are all under video surveillance, which gave a great sense of security. Clean rooms and furnished with a very nice style. Good quality of sleep. More than abundant breakfast (pies, muffins, juices, yogurt etc.) Absolutely recommended

Central location but, at the moment, far from the metro lines. Our rooms were clean and comfortable; we note the lack of bedside lamps. The bathroom is on a mezzanine and without a door. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. Terrible experience. I arrived and found no one. No one called me even though they had my number to give me directions on check in. On the reservation two numbers one not enabled for incoming calls and the other of a phantom switchboard in Cyprus (English only). Room with bathroom in a mezzanine with a very steep staircase .... no service. Never saw a person in three days.
