Nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms and great facilities. Love the location is directly across from Napoli Centrale and quite central to places to eat.
We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay and found location really convenient.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Location was very good. Ver close to Napoli Centrale train station. Plenty of restaurants near hotel. We had two single beds joined together. One of the mattress was not so comfortable probably because of wear and tear, otherwise our stay would be more enjoyable. Shower area floor and toilet floor is on the same level making it prone for water to seep from the shower area to the toilet area and as such we need to sacrifice one bath towel to dry the toilet floor.

The hotel was nice just missing complementary water. Some thing that I have been receiving in all the hotels that I have stayed in Italy that are four stars. I also think the breakfast is not that great and is not worth getting. there’s plenty of good places around the hotel to enjoy a nicer breakfast.

The location of the hotel is just next to the railway station and is convenient. The hotel room is fine in general, except that the air-conditioning system is not working well since only warm air is available but not cool air.
