Structure and location at the top, congratulations to Marinella for her availability, terrible judgment to Miriam for her ARROGANT, UNDELIVE AND PROVOCATIVE responses. I really hope he changes jobs because he has no decency in speaking and attacks people.

We spent two nights at the Room and it was an incredible experience! Marinella is an extraordinary host, she welcomed me and my guests (an elderly Japanese couple) with kindness, thoughtfulness and warmth. She advised us on the best places to eat and visit in Naples and was available for our every need and available at all times. The apartment was impeccable, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort. In the mini fridge in the room there was milk, fruit juice, water, and we had coffee pods, jam and biscuits available for breakfast. The apartment is located in an excellent location, very close to the Duomo of Naples, perfect for a walk in the center and close to the subway. When I return to Naples I will definitely stay at this property again!!

B&B in the heart of Naples and adjacent to the walls of the Duomo, very charming and colorful rooms, recently renovated, tastefully furnished and with attention to the smallest details... The bathroom ensures maximum comfort. Fantastic welcome... rich breakfast... what more could you ask for?!!!

Tripadvisor does not allow you to give approval ratings higher than 5, otherwise I would give them! The absolute best B&B I've ever visited (and I've visited a lot of them...). It is a real pleasure to review this little gem in the heart of Naples, practically attached to the cathedral, therefore very convenient for any visit and reachable in a few minutes on foot from the Central Station. Three large bedrooms with bathroom (the one we were assigned, the "Guarracino", really very spacious), a large shared living room with kitchenette equipped with everything. The strong and very strong points: the tasteful furnishings, the obsessive cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, with 5-star hotel mattresses and pillows. Absolutely honest price, especially in relation to the quality received. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Luisa and Elio and the customer care officer, Marinella: they welcomed us in a way that made us feel literally pampered. A piece of advice: ask Marinella to give you all the information you need, but turn on the video or recorder: this woman is an infinite source of information and curiosity, if you don't record her or take notes you risk missing out on something precious. In short, with my family and friends I have always expressed the intention of getting a house in Naples, sooner or later: I think I no longer need it, I found this B&B and I'm keeping it close to me for my future stays in Naples! 🙏🏻

Siamo stati 5/6 giorni presso questo b&b I primi 3 giorni in coppia ed i restanti 2 ci hanno raggiunto 4 amici. La struttura si presta benissimo per 6 amici, le camere sono veramente grandi ed il letto è comodissimo. Avevamo tutto l’appartamento per noi ed ogni camera aveva il suo bagno privato. Avevamo anche una zona comune. Pur avendo trascorso poco tempo in camera, la struttura è stata comodissima sia a livello di spazi che di servizi e di posizione. Abbiamo potuto raggiungere tantissimi punti principali a piedi. La proprietà è stata disponibilissima a fornirci informazioni ed anche nella gestione dei vari check-in/check-out o deposito bagagli.

Accoglienza eccellente per professionalità e cortesia. Stanza pulitissima e con tutti i comfort , prezzo nella norma e perfetto il rapporto di qualità prezzo. Ottima esperienza , in caso di ritorno a Napoli sicuramente si torna in questa Location . Complimenti dalle Famiglie di Roma e Perugia . Un abbraccio a Marinella ed ancora complimenti !
