Available in trying to solve the problem, kindness and prompt response. Certainly kind and helpful but it is not possible to ignore such an inconvenience without receiving a refund or a proposal to return to the facility at no cost! We were without electricity from 10pm until the next day which made us change rooms at least to wash ourselves. We were unable to use any service, not even to charge our phone (except at reception). Zero light, zero television, we had to eat in the dark and we spent our night in Naples with the owner of the hotel who tried in every way to turn on the light without success. We are two boys, we were polite and precise and we overlooked everything. But from adults, respectful people who are in the sector, I would have expected decidedly different behavior. In these cases where I come from they say that you have to reach into your wallet and repay. But maybe it doesn't work that way for you. I would have expected at least a voucher to return to the facility in a period perhaps of low season, even with a classic room. I saw so much kindness but little action. It's a shame because the hotel isn't bad either. Excellent location, but understand that the disservice was embarrassing with all that I understand that it can happen, but the customer cannot lose out.
