Ho prenotato stupendomi della qualità degli appartamenti e della vicinanza ai vari luoghi. Siamo arrivati e l’appartamento, che appartamento non era, perché è una stanzina, era sporco e maleodorante. Mancavano le lenzuola. I letti non hanno il copri materasso e i copri cuscini. In più nella stanza accanto hanno svolto dei lavori super rumorosi che impedivano di restare in camera per il fastidio. Assistenza clienti presente ma non risolutiva. Avevo vietato che entrassero nel mio appartamento e invece hanno aperto e sono entrati senza il mio consenso. Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

Ho fatto una prenotazione tramite Booking avevo sbagliato a mettere le date . Vado lì e chiamo l’host mi dice che la mia prenotazione dopo 4 giorni su Booking mi diceva che era possibile disdire fino al giorno prima. L’host mi dice che non potevo essere più rimborsato. Chiedo spiegazioni e non me ne danno . Ho dovuto pagare Comuqnue tutta la stanza senza usufruirne, avevo chiesto se almeno era possibile effettuare un altra prenotazione per altri giorni mi dice di no ! Semplicemente una truffa legalizzata. Per me 0 cura clienti , VERGOGNOSO!!

Abbiamo prenotato per caso ma siamo rimasti ben sorpresi per la professionalità del team e di come gestiscono check in check out ma soprattutto tutte le informazioni che ti danno per farti sentire più un viaggiatore che un turista nella splendida Napoli !!!!!!

Katia e' meravigliosa e super gentile. Struttura molto pulita e in una posizione ottima, vicina al porto e al centro storico. Personale molto gentile, disponibile, educato e accogliente. Ci torneremo di novo senza ombra di dubbio :)

Prenotato tramite edreams ricercando nella categoria appartamenti. Ottenuto una stanza con bagno letto e frigorifero. Non so di chi fosse la colpa ma è stata una grossa delusione, oltretutto l'unica finestra presente dava sull'androne chiuso del palazzo, zero luce naturale e impossibile anche solo aereggiare la stanza in quanto sarebbe entrato solo il calore emanato dagli altri condizionatori. Parlo della stanza numero 5 della struttura situata in via De gasperi, 55. Do 2 stelle e non 1 solo per la simpatia delle ragazze alla reception.
