Das Bild des Hotels ist „Fake“. Das Hotel ist nicht in der Galerie die sie auf dem Bild sehen, sondern auf der zweite Etage eines Blocks, das rundherum von Bars und Clubs umgeben ist, die innerhalb und außerhalb mit großen Boxen laute Musik machen. An Ruhe und Schlaf nach 24h ist nicht zu denken. Ab morgens 0400h können Sie dann beginnen ein Auge zu zumachen. Wenn die Besitzer das in Ihre Beschreibung aufnehmen würden, dann wäre das Hotel eine gute Wahl für Nachtschwärmer die den Tag ausschlafen wollen. Aber nicht für Touristen die Neapel auch am Tag erleben wollen.

They were only after our money and not interested in providing a good service. My partner booked two rooms for three of us, the owner told her that she had downgraded our rooms to smaller ones but that the price was the same. She said this was because it is a price per perso. This made no sense as the rooms were different prices depending on which size you chose. Naomi was insistent that my partner send copies of her passport as well as her driving license and didn't seem to be at all sympathetic that we are broken down on the side of the busy dual carriageway in Italy. Within half an hour my partner tried to cancel as we realized we were not going to be able to get there in time. She also sent a photo of our vehicle broken down as proof. My partner heard no more from the owner and they has taken nearly 200 Euros. Money grabbing, heartless not nice people. A total rip-off.

This place is almost impossible to find. They should include more precise instructions. The contact person we dealt with was grumpy and unhelpful. There’s no breakfast and no snacks. It wasn’t very soundproof. The tv was tiny. Good luck finding parking. Good luck also with the mysteries of the lift. No instructions were given about that either. On the plus side, if you do finally get there, the location is good. It was clean enough though definitely not sanitised by Covid standards. The air con worked. But next time I’m in Naples I’ll definitely be looking for something else.

The stay was great, it has the best location in Napoli, very safe and everything is close by walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are very secured with a security guard, surveillance cameras and a special door to access to your room. The room is big, very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and kind. The price was very cheap when compared to other hotels around and for the quality you get 😇

Really convenient to Metro and other transportation. Room was nice and clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a real hotel in my opinion, rooms in separate entrances with no common reception. We never even saw the staff. So we felt a lack of service and directions. Works well for what it is, and there is an excellent pub in the backyard.

The hotel was a delight very clean and quiet and very central a refuge from the city . If you go to napoli I would definitely suggest staying here naples the city is filthy and noisey graffiti everywhere its a toilet couldn't wait to leave and clean myself
