A great experience. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you'd expect. With three doors, one for the building, one for the hotel, and one for your room, the security was excellent. Even without a key, you could use your phone to open the door! However, the front desk isn't always staffed, so be sure to leave your email address. If no one is at the front desk, they'll email you and let you check in on your own.

The "single room with a balcony" is a joke. The size of a match box. Balcony cannot be used/is of no use. That the room has a balcony is a Lie. It is a hole in the wall. Looking into a hole in a building. To charge that price for this room is not acceptable. When I unfolded my suitcase It took up the whole floor in the room. Felt very claustrophobic. Would not stay again.

Room was okay. No wash cloths. Area around the hotel was not that nice. Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. Would not stay there again.

This property has an elevator to carry your luggage as it is on the 4th floor. Free wifi. Easy self check in and large accommodation in Europe. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was comfortable, some noise reduction (or I was really jet lagged) and had a minibar in you room with fair prices. Private restroom. Balcony was small, but loved that you could open doors and enjoy the morning fresh air.

Cute little hotel in the heart of Naples. Rooms are on the 4th floor but does have a small elevator. Staff was pleasant. Room was nice and spacious. Several shops, wine bars and bistros very close by with many more a short walk away. Also near several attractions.

This hotel is modern and in a great location to explore Naples. The staff are helpful and the room has everything you need. The rooms are quiet despite being in a vibrant area of the city. We were able to walk everywhere from this base and there are cool bars and restaurants near by.
