As a result, I arrived at the apartment building where the hotel was located (I was very careful to research through Google Earth that this B&B was in a residential apartment building). I communicated back and forth with the hotel staff opposite on WhatsApp for a long time, but the reply speed was not very timely, and they did not come in person. I read another review before that said guests who arrived at night found that they had opened a cafe nearby and could go there to find staff and so on. Anyway, after half an hour of ineffective communication and waiting for messages, I finally couldn't help but contact Ctrip customer service and give a thumbs up to Ctrip! The reply was very timely, almost within seconds, and they said they would help me contact the hotel immediately. It just so happened that the person on the other side might have suddenly finished his work and became free at this time, and he directed me: he opened the door of the apartment remotely, let me go upstairs by elevator, and then opened the door shared by several rooms remotely, and I went in to get my key at the small front desk, and entered my room. From check-in to check-out, I didn't see a single employee, hahaha. After all this trouble, the good side comes. The hotel room is super big, with a big sofa that can sleep people, and there are outdoor chairs and a table on the small balcony. I drank red wine, smoked, and ate cheese and pizza from takeout there at night. It was very comfortable. Finally, Ctrip refunded me some of the room fee. Thumbs up again!

It's convenient because it's near the central station, and the facilities are clean and good. If you tell me you've arrived by phone when checking in, they come from a cafe about 30 meters right next door. It can be inconvenient because there is no one at the front desk. The electrical outlet had a small hole, so I used the outlet I bought when I went to the UK.

Very clean environment, new rooms, recently renovated. Quiet and well soundproofed room, despite being located 3 minutes from the central train station. Very kind owner, he has a bar on the corner where you can have breakfast.

Prenotato questo b&b tramite un altro sito di prenotazioni on line e la scelta è stata davvero azzeccata. B&b molto comodo se si arriva in treno a Napoli centrale infatti è vicinissimo anzi uscendo lateralmente dalla stazione lo si trova di fronte. Camera ampia, luminosa e ben arredata lo stesso vale per il bagno. Titolari molto gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità. Molto buona anche la colazione, ottimi i croissant, che si effettua al bar vicino sempre dei titolari. Lo consiglio vivamente.
