It's convenient because it's near the central station, and the facilities are clean and good. If you tell me you've arrived by phone when checking in, they come from a cafe about 30 meters right next door. It can be inconvenient because there is no one at the front desk. The electrical outlet had a small hole, so I used the outlet I bought when I went to the UK.

這趟那不勒斯住酒店的過程，是個“先抑後揚”的經典例子。
首先訂房的時候就GoogleMap和攜程雙開一直在研究方位距離，以確保從那不勒斯中央車站高鐵出來能很快步行可達，辦理入住，因為是下午到，想趕在太陽下山前去海邊。這是大前提。
結果吧，近是真近，有個舊評論還貼心指出可以走車站側門快速到酒店所在那條街；火車還一反意大利人愛誤點的作風早到幾分鐘。
結果到酒店所在公寓樓下（我還非常醒目通過谷歌地球研究出這個B&B是在一棟居民公寓樓裏），在whatsapp上跟對面的酒店人員來來回回溝通了好久，回覆速度也不太及時，然後也沒親自過來。我之前看另一條評論説晚上到的客人發現他們是在附近開了一間咖啡館，可以去那找工作人員之類的。
anyway在來回無效溝通+等待訊息折騰了半小時後，我終於忍不住聯繫了攜程客服，為攜程點贊！回覆很及時可以説秒回，並且説馬上幫我聯繫酒店。剛好這時候對面也可能突然忙完有空了，指揮我：全程遙控打開了公寓大門，讓我電梯上樓，再遙控打開幾個房間共用的大門，進去在小前台拿到我的鑰匙，進了我的房間，我從入住到退房，一個員工都沒見到哈哈哈。
折騰完這之後就是好的一面了。酒店房間超大，有個可以睡人的大沙發，小陽台上還有户外椅+桌子，晚上我就在那喝紅酒抽煙吃外帶回來的芝士+披薩，愜意得很。
最後攜程還給我退了點房費，再次點贊！

Was a bit hesitant to book given lack of TripAdvisor reviews, chanced it as so many good reviews on *********** Really well located, nicely decorated v clean, really helpful guy, good air con, gave top tips and advice on attractions on arrival, coffee and a pastry in the morning, would stay again Only downside was it was slightly difficult initally trying to work out how to get into the building on arrival, luckily helpful lady in the next door flat told us what cafe they worked at and all sorted. The sound proofing in the room isn't great, had a few nights of noise (1st night girls singing loud karaoke, another night loud TV until 2am). Could perhaps greater choice of pastries (bit like the Sunday breakfast token location) but generally great stay and would return again

I stayed in this property for my holiday in Naples and the surrounding area with my girlfriend. The structure is very nice and functional, as it is in front of the station (therefore convenient for those arriving by train - like us - and for those who want to travel to nearby Sorrento, Pompeii, Caserta, Herculaneum, etc.). Coming to the room, it is very clean, nice and quiet. The staff also has a bar less than 50 meters from the property where you can have breakfast, included in the price. Advised

Very clean environment, new rooms, recently renovated. Quiet and well soundproofed room, despite being located 3 minutes from the central train station. Very kind owner, he has a bar on the corner where you can have breakfast.

Booked this b & b through another online booking site and the choice was really spot on. B & b is very convenient if you arrive by train in central Naples, in fact it is very close, even if you exit the station laterally, you will find it in front of it. Large, bright and well furnished room, the same goes for the bathroom. Very kind and helpful owners for every need. The breakfast is also very good, the croissants are excellent, which is always served at the nearby bar of the owners. I highly recommend it.
