L'Hotel è un condominio in cui gli appartamenti sono suddivisi in stanze. A noi è capitato il terzo piano, quindi se fosse per Voi importante, fatevelo precisare prima. Si trova limitrofo alla stazione, la zona è a prevalenza di immigrazione extracomunitaria. Precisiamo che in due giorno uscendo e entrando anche di notte, non siamo mai stati disturbati. Abbiamo soggiornato la notte di capodanno e cessati i festegiamenti in strada, la stanza era silenziosa. L'accoglienza cortese ed efficente. La stazione è quindi comoda da raggiungere e il centro di Napoli e le sue peculiarità e bellezze sono tutte lì. Nessun servizio particolare da segnalare. Volendo trovare un neo, la biancheria era pulita ma le sopracoperte presentavano vecchie macchie. Nell'insieme giudico positivaente l'esperienza e congruo il rapporto prezzo qualità. Da ricordare che è al centro di una delle città più turisticamente frequentate d'Italia.

3 notti in famiglia a fine novembre. Posizionato proprio a ridosso delle stradine dei presepi. Il signor enrico e molto gentile e disponibile, le stanze sono ampie e pulite.. si trovano pero al 4 piano senza ascensore.. arredamento davvero minimal ed economico.. abbassa notevolmente il mio giudizio il fatto che in fase di prenotazione non venga evidenziato a dovere che alcune stanze non abbiano il bagno in camera (pur sempre privato ma in fondo al corridoio).. sul sito nella versione in italiano non viene detto (almeno noi non abbiamo trovato la nota) ma viene esplicitato solo nella conferma di prenotazione (che colpa mia non ho letto fino in fondo).
