Terrible place. There were no Wi-Fi available, excuse was there were too many tourist that night. Trash on the hallway, hair in the bathroom. Poor cleaning room.False photos where you are staying. Employees talking behind your back. Bide was clogged.

The staff was completely incompetent with regards to charging a credit card. They did not know how to credit a credit card and call themselves a hotel. Their ineptitude messed up my finances and they could not care less. The room was very noisy and I could not sleep. There was no minibar, no water service. Do not use their airport shuttle service and that goes for Brigida entirely. They were double the price than any taxi and there are plenty of taxis available.They made me feel miserable and so frustrated. In Italiano: Il personale era completamente incompetente per quanto riguarda l'addebito sulla carta di credito. Non sapevano come accreditare una carta di credito e si definivano un hotel. La loro inettitudine ha incasinato le mie finanze e a loro non potrebbe importare di meno. La stanza era molto rumorosa e non riuscivo a dormire. Non c'era il minibar, né il servizio idrico. Non utilizzare il loro servizio di navetta aeroportuale e questo vale interamente per Brigida. Costavano il doppio di qualsiasi taxi e ce ne sono moltissimi disponibili. Mi hanno fatto sentire infelice e frustrato.

I definitely do not recommend this place. Listed as a ”luxury private room in Bed and Breakfast “ but without breakfast! Basically you’ll have to pay an extra of 11€ per person per day if you want to add breakfast. This was not mentioned in the listing. We discovered it at the check-in. The room is way far from being “luxury” and would certainly need an heavy renovation. The bathroom especially was very old and quite dirty with mold in the bathtub. The only positive thing is the central location even though the area was really noisy till 1:30 AM. Especially during the weekend

Our party arrived at the hotel at about 1am in the morning, we were late after waiting two hours for our luggage to arrive at Naples airport. The taxi driver was helpful and dropped at the entrance of the hotel, however.. the hotel door was locked. We rang a bell and someone opened the door for us and we then walked into an empty un-manned kind-of lobby. Once in the lobby, we had to ring another bell near a lift, the lift could only carry two people so two of us used it and went up a couple of flights and were greeted by an Italian guy who spoke very little English. We spoke very little Italian so we done all our communication with a translator app. After many confusing minutes we came to understand that we were only at the reception of the hotel but our residence would be at a separate building which was a couple of hundred meters away. Despite the short distance it took about 20 minutes to find because of the language barriers leading to mis-communication, furthermore, the logo and branding for the hotel is about the size of a cup coaster and located on an inside wall. It then took many more minutes to work out the key code to enter yet another un-manned building. The room itself was actually fine with working air-con, kettle and fridge and kept clean on a daily basis. If you are fluent in Italian and/or have a strong international 4G connection for maps then I would recommend but if you don’t I would try elsewhere.

struttura molto scorretta, sto aspettando un rimbordo da anni. Prenotato poco prima dei blocchi agli spostamenti causa covid, chiesto rimborso e sempre temporeggiato e detto di no. sconsiglio vivamente la struttura, non si possono trattare così i clienti.

Non lasciatevi ingannare delle belle foto! La segonda porta dell'ingresso è rotta, se abre soltanto con la password, poco consigliato per anziani. Ingresso sporco, con cigarette spente per terra ed pieno di sacchi dell'immondizia puzzolenti! La stanza piena di capelli incluso il bagno. No Wi-Fi e bide rotto! Mancanza di profissionalità da parte della cameriera che sembrava appena uscita di una discoteca, ed altre dipendente che facevano comenti inadeguati e indiscreti su di noi! Poiché per "tamponare" la mancanza di servizio ci hanno offerto gratis la collazione con le uova fredde e piane d'olio. Non siamo andati via nello stesso giorno poiché avevamo una donna anziana con noi.

Albergo pulito camere spaziose dotate di ogni servizio ,personale esperto gentile e professionale ,massima libertà e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta ,situato in posizione centralissima dove a piedi si ha possibilità di accedere alle vie più celebri e caratteristiche culturali della città. Io napoletana di nascita ma assente da molti anni ho riscoperto la mia città meravigliosa calorosa e in ordine ,funzionante e direi basta con questi luoghi comuni che offendono per sentito dire la bellezza e lo splendore del centro medievale più grande d Europa. Grazie napoli eccellenza del turismo italiano e a tutta la ristorazione sempre caratteristica e a me famigliare.
