When you step through the shabby, graffiti-covered steel door into a dark courtyard, you wouldn’t imagine the comfortable, slightly kitschy room waiting for you on the 1st floor. The beds are good, the bathroom is fine (even though the shower handle fell off), and the wifi works well. You get breakfast vouchers (coffee + croissant) to be used either at a bar across the street or a restaurant around the corner (choose the bar — their coffee and croissants are much better). Everything is functional. The location is brilliant, right in the heart of Centro Storico, where major attractions and famous pizzerias are lined up one after the other. You can safely choose Annunziata Guesthouse as your B&B in Naples.

Arriving at a graffitied garage roller door, we were slightly apprehensive but we didn't need to worry-Raphael, the wonderful owner/manager, was there to meet us as arranged. The guest house is tastefully renovated, spotlessly clean, safe and quiet. Nothing was too much for Raphael and his staff -when we had an issue with our bathroom, it was immediately fixed. We returned for another nights stay and we were greeted like old friends!! Its location in the historic part of Naples is great-close to lively cafes, restaurants, historic sights and the subway. And round the corner from Sorbillo, one of Naples best pizza restaurants. All in all, a great stay!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare con mia figlia in questo B&B situato nel cuore del centro storico di Napoli e non posso che consigliarlo! La struttura è pulitissima, l’arredamento è essenziale, ma confortevole. I gestori sono attenti e disponibili, inoltre la posizione è comodissima per esplorare la città. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Consigliatissimo!

Se volete trascorrere dei giorni sereni, in pieno centro, con ogni confort, questo è il posto che fa per voi !! La stanza è moderna e pulita, non manca di nulla!! I proprietari sono persone stupende ed empatiche non proprio scontato di questi tempi !! Ci sono venuti incontro allungando la permanenza senza preavviso, facendo di tutto per aiutarci. Non dimenticheremo il vostro aiuto e non possiamo fare altro che consigliare questa struttura . Grazie ancora di vero cuore.

Ottima location in pieno centro storico, camera ampia e ben arredata. Bagno ampio sopra la media e pulizia ovunque. Nulla è lasciato al caso per compiacere gli ospiti. Poi la gentilezza del personale garantisce un soggiorno rilassante e gradevole.

Camere situate in appartamento molto ampio nel centro storico,con arredi in stile moderno e di buon gusto. Pulizia ed igiene,sono il “pezzo forte”. La disponibilità dei due proprietari per qualsiasi esigenza è un classico partenopeo:voto 10. Struttura CONSIGLIATISSIMA ! ! !

Consiglio a tutti questa struttura. Servizio, pulizia, ambiente e gentilezza del personale....non manca niente. E poi siete in pieno centro, nel cuore di Napoli, ci sono ottimi locali per mangiare, negozi e tanti monumenti e luoghi d'interesse proprio a due passi dalla struttura. Ho scelto leggendo le recensioni devo riconoscere che erano reali, pulizia con sanificazione ogni 2 gg da 4 stelle, posizione ottima centrale, proprietari molto disponibili camere ben disposte....vicinissimo posti dove si mangia bene...una pizzeria super a 10 metri...e Ia cappella del Cristo Velato a 20 metri....cosa dire...
