We booked a twin room and it was upgraded to a suite when we arrived. The room is relatively large, with complete facilities and is relatively new. There is a small balcony and a library outside. It is relatively safe and quiet. Overall, it exceeded expectations. There is just some furniture smell in the room, which needs to be dispersed by opening the window

Super value room, the hotel is located in the most cultural area of Naples' old town, very safe and convenient, and the Dante Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away. It is a bar area at night and a cultural street during the day. It is near famous churches, museums and universities, and a 20-minute walk to the shopping street.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very convenient to travel. All the facilities, sanitation, environment and services are in good condition. The breakfast is also in place. It is the first choice for all trips. I highly recommend staying here when going to Naples.

酒店樓下的咖啡廳地方還可以，但是菜單並不是很多選擇。 早餐非常一般，麪包什麼的，選擇也不多。
那不勒斯真的很破很舊，去意大利旅遊我不是推薦。在那不勒斯遍地是賣**的，街上也不乾淨，走在大街上並不覺得很安全。 旁邊的海島旅遊，特別貴，錢花的一點都不值。

I’m rating this poor due to lack of air conditioning. We did not sleep AT ALL. The system was LOCKED. By the time we determined this, it was midnight, two were sleeping (until they woke up sweating). Ridiculous. Not sure why system was locked, but should automatically be unlocked at check in. This was a quick overnight to catch flight early next am
Otherwise, the hotel was a gem in a not at all desirable area.
