1) the electronic lock in my room was broken;
2) the mini bar did not work;
3) the air conditioner did not work;
4) there may not be an employee at the reception and you will have to wait for him to get the key to the room. 5) the hotel does not have a clothes steamer (as stated in the description).

Hotel located in the city center with bars, grocery stores and laundry shops nearby. Convenient for sight seeing travellers. Daily room cleaning services included.

Good location, short distance around 10 minutes walk from my bus terminal and train terminal.
Building is old but everything is perfect, clean and big bed.
I was given a room not facing the main road, less noise.

Napoli's public security management is better than in previous years. There are gendarmes and police at the entrance of Centrale train station. Although there were a lot of black people, it seemed like they were all busy with their own things.
