I stayed here with my daughter a week. We had a great time! Location is amazing and great as base to explore the area. Hotel is super clean, girls at the front desk are very helpful and professional. Breakfast is served in the room only, very punctual. It is very quiet and we always had a good night sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a wonderful location, so close to everything! The staff are just amazing & always made you feel welcome. The room is just a perfect size and the bathroom has an amazing shower.. breakfast is available in the hotel but did not order any as I'm not a breakfast kinda girl but helpful tip to others.

Small hotel tucked away on a back street but close to everything you need. Port a few minutes walk away, metro 5 mins walk away, shopping area just around the corner. Rooms were small but absolutely fine, cleaned every day. No tea/coffee making facilities but mentioned to staff I miss making a coffee when I wake up the next day there was a kettle & coffee etc in my room. Staff really nice & really helpful. No complaints at all about the hotel, really didn't like Naples, won't be returning but that's not the hotels fault!

We booked a year in advance A trip planned with plenty of time We arrived in Naples and went to the hotel and they told us that it was full that they were going to send us to another one that was 5 minutes walking They charged us and gave us the door code To get there we had to take a taxi it was 1/2 hour by taxi The place was horrible some complicated streets with ups and downs without any restaurant places Terrible We called and they changed us to another hotel for which we had to pay a difference of € 200. - I do not recommend them

Small room, no parking, the surrounding area is not well frequented. The toilet was not in good condition: broken toilet, low water pressure in the shower and difficult to regulate. little friendliness from staff, dilapidated condition of the room.

Very comfortable hotel as it is located 5 minutes from Toledo station, 8 from the historic center and less than 10 from the port. The spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom is also spacious and has everything you need to stay clean. Reception staff attentive and helpful. Given the prices in the city, we can say that the quality-price ratio is excellent.

excellent hotel in a strategic position. comfortable and newly renovated rooms, exquisitely helpful staff. at the moment the breakfast room is not available due to works but upon request breakfast is provided in the room, which is decidedly good and plentiful. possibility of parking in the garage next door at a discounted rate. super recommended.
