Dama Suite

This is not a hotel, or it does not meet hotel standards. It is just a family homestay. Our family of three spent more than 1,000 RMB per day to book a hotel from Ctrip.com. We just wanted to choose an ordinary standard hotel that can accommodate people. It turned out to be just a family hotel built on the second floor of a semi-abandoned building. There is no Wi-Fi, hot water is slow, and there is only a small bottle of drinking water on the first day. There is no security and no disinfection facilities. Breakfast was arranged in a bakery on the corner of the street, and the breakfast options were very limited. There was no drinking water for breakfast. Our family stepped on the thunder for everyone, so avoid this place. And we are not very satisfied with the careless review of the Ctrip app. We switched to booking for the hotel in Rome.

Large suite space

I honestly can't understand the other enthusiastic reviews, perhaps they are used to paying a lot for poor quality because it is absolutely not worth €150 a night. We stayed in the suite which WOULD be beautiful and very spacious but somewhat neglected: chipped walls, dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, handle that remains in our hands, messy and stained sofa... it gives you no idea of ​​cleanliness or care. Frankly for this price I expect: - impeccable cleanliness (no hair in the bed, dust everywhere and poorly cleaned kitchen). They make the rooms every day but it's as if they don't do them, not even at my house do I make the bed so hastily. - Working Wi-Fi (it doesn't reach the suite) The photographs were perhaps taken when the work had just been done, for the price I expect to find a nice environment, otherwise I'll spend €70 and have breakfast at the bar anyway. The size of the environment is not the only thing that can justify the price. Details are important, otherwise I'll go to the hostel. We will definitely not be returning or recommending it.

Good location, close to the sea and the center of Naples. Clean rooms, friendly staff, which unfortunately is rarely seen as the reception is on call, i.e. there is no permanent staff. Breakfast served in a nearby bar. Fair price. Basically a simple place, without particular pretensions, but satisfying to recommend and keep in mind for a next trip to Naples.
