Do Not Waste Money I was very disappointed! I was shown the “spa” when I checked in yet was never able to use it because the receptionist was never there. I tried messaging the hotel and never got a response. I paid for the president suite since it had a bathtub. There was no hot water my first night. When I did get hot water I discovered the tub’s drain doesn’t seal properly so I wasn’t able to even use the tub. They list in room massage- lie no massage at all and laundry services just means they change the sheets. The one blanket I got was stained as well as a pillow that had no pillow case.

This is not a hotel or B&B as described, It’s some kind of room renting ! No coffee or tea bags and when asked the answer was that they didn’t have any !! It was the only time we had seen someone ! The room was not cleaned properly, just one toilet paper ! Only one pillow per person We didn’t felt safe at all as it seemed like we were the only ones in there .

Awful. The only positives were: comfortable bed, nice receptionist, location. Despite the booking stating we had tea and coffee, none were available, I asked the guy at reception who provided me with four teabags and said there was zero coffee available. The room was dirty. No extra toilet roll, only one roll. There were no fire safety plans, fire escape, fire alarms etc. there was NOBODY in reception after 5pm and if there was an issue a telephone number was left at the desk. This was more an air b and b than a hotel. No breakfast available. Location ideal near port for cruise. Would NOT recommend.

Overall our stay was OK. One night half way through our stay when we returned to our room, we discovered that a shower door had been shattered and there was glass all over our bathroom floor and bedroom. The gentleman at reception was great and assisted in cleaning it up but we continued walking on glass or the rest of our stay. The shower head was never fixed and we had to hold the shower head with one hand each time. The location of the hotel was great, but having to walk on glass and finding it in our luggage and bathroom things for the rest of the trip was unpleasant and painful.

Communication was poor, at best. First we were told that we could drop off our luggage prior to check in and we were told that there was parking near by. When we arrived, it was very difficult to find the hotel, we could not even park near by to unload. There was a person standing by the door who refused to take our luggage as promised and that changed our plans completely. Ultimately, we did not feel safe when trying to find parking and we had to cancel the the reservation, we had to find another hotel. Do not recommend this place at all, very bad.

Nice stay once we found the place. Very difficult to find. Parking was an experience i have never had before. The hotel has No parking and you have to hand over your car to some Guy that stops you in the road. ( Normal in Nepals they say);). Once you find the reception on the fourth floor, the welcome we recieved wasn’t the friendliest. The receptionist seemed more interested in her computer than guests. We never saw anyone the rest of our stay or checkout. Room was clean and a very good size. Jacuzzi bath in the room was a bit strange( No shower). Hotel is supposed to be a spa but We were never told anything about any spa. Find another hotel.
