The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.
The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.
The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.
The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.
It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.
I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

As for the location, it is very close, just 5 minutes from the station. However, the service is not that good and there are many inconveniences, so I do not recommend it.

The bedroom was basic but it does the job. The B&B in general was clean and tidy. Only thing to comment about the room was the mattress which are extremely soft and it kind of sucks you in. If the reservation is made through **********, be aware the information on the platform is not accurate and there are hidden fees that are not mentioned. For example, in **********, the checkout is at 11am but once you arrive to the hotel you see a sign with some rules and the real checkout is at 10am. On **********, it says the check in is until 8pm and if a later check in is needed, you shall contact the hotel and made the request in advance. There isn't any mention of an additional fee for this service. In the same way it mentions there is a tourist fee of 2.5 euros per person per night, they should also mention this as well. We were charged 20 euros extra for it. I wouldn't recommended it due to the mismatching information, lack of transparency and hidden fees.

At check-in we were told it was at 10 and the girl who serves breakfast forced us to leave at 9. This same girl is very rude, she treated us badly, we even had to eat cold breakfast because she wouldn't let us use the microwave because we were going to knock it over. We had three rooms and only one key for the elevator worked. She didn't want to give us a new one or change them. We had to leave all together because otherwise we couldn't go up. And to finish they agreed to give us the change for taxes and they didn't bring it, they kicked us out at 9 and the guy was supposedly coming after 10, we waited for him at the door (because they kicked us out) and begged him to give it back. They don't let you leave your suitcases and then take them back when you leave. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT BECAUSE OF ALL THIS. The room was clean and tidy.

Although the building is old and can deceive expectations, once you enter you find yourself in a new, clean b&b with all the comforts needed for those who decide to stay in Naples. Very close to the central station and all services. Very good value for money. The owner has always been available.

Hôtel de voleur, ils m’ont refusé l’entrée car j’arrivais après 00h suite à un retard d’avion, or cela n’est jamais indiqué sur le site. Ils m’ont ensuite expliqué que je devais annuler ma réservation pour être remboursé, chose qu’ils n’ont jamais fait. Totalement injoignable pour avoir des explications. À fuir
