B&B Alla Ferrovia

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers. The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite. The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going. The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins. It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well. Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc. I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

Worst costumer service.

The bedroom was basic but it does the job. The B&B in general was clean and tidy. Only thing to comment about the room was the mattress which are extremely soft and it kind of sucks you in. If the reservation is made through **********, be aware the information on the platform is not accurate and there are hidden fees that are not mentioned. For example, in **********, the checkout is at 11am but once you arrive to the hotel you see a sign with some rules and the real checkout is at 10am. On **********, it says the check in is until 8pm and if a later check in is needed, you shall contact the hotel and made the request in advance. There isn't any mention of an additional fee for this service. In the same way it mentions there is a tourist fee of 2.5 euros per person per night, they should also mention this as well. We were charged 20 euros extra for it. I wouldn't recommended it due to the mismatching information, lack of transparency and hidden fees.
